Every visit to Dunkin’ is a great one, but Tonya, Diazyah, and Lisa make it amazing! Those ladies make my morning every day. They always greet me with smiles and have my order ready — a large iced coffee, three caramel and three vanilla with cream and sugar . They always seem to make my coffee perfect every time.
If I could give them a raise myself, I would! I mean, every morning they knock the line down — if there even is one — through the drive-thru. The food is always perfect and hot, and their customer service is just as good.
Tonya especially goes above and beyond with her great attitude and attention to detail, and Diazyah and Lisa always keep things friendly and fast. These ladies truly make my mornings brighter and my coffee just right every time.

Today I was supposed to meet some friends at this dunkin’ donuts to have a coffee, donuts, and knit/felt. Things did not go as planned.
My friend S, got there before me. When I walked in, the employees were taking care of her. She had passed out and hit her head on the floor.
Latonya was right next to her making sure she didn’t fall out of the chair they had helped her into. As I talked to S, she suddenly passed out again and became unresponsive. Latonya caught her and made sure she didn’t fall out of the chair. She then yelled for her co-worker, I believe it was Casey, to call for an ambulance. Mindy was also helping at this time.
When S came around we kept her in that chair and I took over making sure she didn’t fall out of it. I could hear Casey telling the dispatcher exactly what had happened and any additional pertinent information that was asked of us.
Some other customers arrived while this was all going on. Impressively enough they did greet the other customers as they came in and said “we will be with you shortly. We’re having a medical emergency. *
Our other friends had showed up, we took care of S till the ambulance and her husband showed up. Allowing them to go back to work; however, Latonya, Casey and Mindy all kept checking in on us. Asking if we needed water or wet towels. Asking how our friend was. They also kept checking to see if they could see the ambulance coming since they took a bit to show up.
Once my friend was off to the ER, I was able to talk to the employees and get everyone’s names. Because they went above and beyond what is required of a cafe employee.
I also decided since I was already there I was going to get the donut I had come for in the first place. THat donut was amazing. Super tasty and moist.
This is definitely the Dunkin donuts I will be coming back too. Having been to all four of the area, I think it’s the best, but I might be biased.
smoking, and walking in and out letting flies and other bugs in. They constantly tell customers to pull up or around the building, or that their system is down. It stays down. Corporate needs to know their service delivery and brand image are on the line with the Navy location. Today I addressed why they seem to struggle with customer service as a regular customer.
Previously, I’ve given Grace and space and it’s getting worse. Before I knew it five of them are standing at the window like a little messy family ready to argue. I explained that their service constantly impacts people’s schedule and routines and they never know what people are going through. I’ve noted more than five times in the last two weeks they want everyone to drive back around the building. Today I said no I’ll wait and they got mad. I was asked to place my order online because their machines were down again. I began placing my order and she told me I need to move because they get in trouble for the time on the window. I kindly said no, it should be understandable that your machines are the issue. When I moved a few days ago they messed up the order and it was too late to turn back. Today would be the fifth time my order has been messed up in two weeks.
I made my point clear, while five of you are standing here attempting to argue about your poor customer service, someone could have simply fixed my coffee. Well they fixed it purposely wrong after I’ve paid.
Blessings on the people who have no integrity to do the right thing when no one is looking. At the end of the day, a location is no better than the people working and running it. Overall it’s a management, inventory, and customer service training failure.
But ,by the time all this is over the other stuff had to be reheated in my oven fryer to make it worth eating.
How was my experience?…Poor at best. Service was weak ,Making food bad.
