I placed an order through the KFC app on 1/7/25 at approximately 7:30 PM.

When I arrived, all the restaurant lights were off. I pulled through the drive-thru and was told, “The system is down, have a good night.” No explanation, no apology, nothing.

Since I had already placed and paid for my order, I went inside. The lobby and kitchen area were a complete mess. I took photos and can provide them if verification is needed.

I witnessed a young employee picking up trash in the lobby and then walking directly into the kitchen to prepare my food — with no hand washing and no gloves. This is a serious food safety concern.

To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong:
• Ordered chicken breast, received drumsticks and wings
• Ordered coleslaw, received mashed potatoes

Meanwhile, staff were telling customers to leave because the “system was down,” yet they were more focused on joking around with a friend who walked in, laughing about him possibly getting fired. The lack of professionalism was shocking.

Because of the hygiene concerns alone, I threw the food away. I am not risking my health due to careless and lazy behavior.

This was one of the most unprofessional and unsafe fast-food experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address food safety, training, and accountability at this location.

I came through the drive thru and order a$10 meal with Cole slaw and potatoes wedges and corn muffins.We were told that it would be a 7 min wait on Wedges.ok fine I will wait.While waiting I notice horse play by the employees.So I called inside to ask If I could pull up to window to retrieve My Food since 7min turned into 10 min. When I got home The wedges that I was waiting 10 min for were hard and dry and not made fresh along with the chicken.I called back to this location to let them know about the food and I was notified that it was bad communication between the employees and that they had enough Weges for my order. So the fresh Wedges that I waited 10 min for I didnt receive I received the old Wedges. SO ONCE I EXPRESSED MY UNHAPPINESS VIA PHONE…The young girl told Since it’s that serious about Me not being Happy with food and service ,that she would replace the whole meal ANGELICA. WHAT DID SHE MEAN? SINCE ITS THATS SERIOUS? MY HARD HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME IS SERIOUS AND YOU THINK ITS FUNNY! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AFTER GET MY REPLACEMENT FOOD…. My Money and Time is serious that’s how they get a check and you question What i expect from sevice and quality hot food! Kids??? Smh

Hats off to KFC for bringing back the Original Honey BBQ Fried Chicken from the 1990’s! Today was day one of it’s return and it was great!
I grew up loving Kentucky Fried Chicken and their honey bbq was always my fave, so I had to try it!
Many companies bring back “original items”, but they’re just not the same.
I thought it was close to the same and pretty good, but they used to make it, then have it set in the heated trays for a while before serving. I think that allowed the flavor to soak in more. Still pretty good though.

The service today was also exceptional. they were polite, friendly and fast. this is also one of the cleanest & well maintaned locations I have seen in a long time. Kudos to the management & staff for a job well done!

Thanks again for bringing back the Honey BBQ Chicken! I Highly recommend giving it a try! Sooooo Good!

Mobile order was supposed to be ready in 5-15 minutes. I arrived at 15 minutes and had to wait another 30 minutes until the barely moving staff boxed the order. Was shorted a side of corn and a piece of chicken. Thankfully I checked before leaving. The Mac and cheese side was half full, the corn was dry and cold, and I’ve never seen smaller pieces of chicken. All around terrible experience.

From the outside it does look new. I’m not sure if they out a fresh paint recently or just kept clean. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the the menu. You’ve been to a few KFC restaurants before the menu won’t surprise you. I had a wonderful experience. The cashier answered all my questions and took my order without any issues. Payment here here will be cash or credit card. I enjoy the food and I would definitely come back here.

This location doesn’t care about customer requests or getting the order correct. Last week I went there and ordered hot honey tenders and asked for them to be made fresh. They told me their chicken had just come out. The food they served me was room temperature if that. They also gave me regular chicken tenders – no hot honey sauce.

On Thursday I went and asked for hot honey tenders and fries and for my food to be cooked to order. They gave me old tenders and fries again. I waited 10 minutes for them to make me fresh food. Then, they gave me hot tenders but cold fries. I won’t go back to this location because they clearly like to waste time and food not doing things right the first time. The staff are more worried about entertaining each other than meeting the customer needs. Or they act like they don’t want to be there.

I just came from KFC a little while ago…….. The KFC the KFC is one of the cleanest ones that I’ve been to the staff is knowledgeable the food tastes like food

Activate 2600 Stars this KFC … I’ve been to several KFCs that does not have the time to deal with a customer. Like these people did in here they was kind and attentive not just to me to the other people that come in right behind me and we move fast through the line…. I recommend them excellent excellent excellent food at this KFC thank you very much for asking me to give my own opinion. And there were three other people in there that agreed

We placed our order quickly and waited and waited for our food. Finally we asked what was taking so long. They gave our whole order to some lady that had walked in to place an order and she took it and left. Free food. They argued we gave it to that lady. Finally after arguing for a few minutes they said we’ll we will have to remake the food, like it was our fault. Then they were now out of the chicken tenders we had ordered. We ordered a replacement and waited for our order again. It finally was ready. It was good and it was hot but we will probably never go to this location again. No one seemed to know what they were doing and no one seemed to be in charge.

Bought 8 chicken tenders 18.00 over 2.00 for a tender 4 in long.
4 I f 8 had the texture if a pencil eraser, dogs wouldn’t even eat them. How this company has the conscience if serving this CRAP to humans is beyond me. Quality is non existent. Will never buy from them again.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, if you want what you paid for, go somewhere else.
I placed a mobile order, the companies app itself was telling me my food was ready. I arrive and had to wait 15+ minutes for my food to be ready, in that time not a SINGLE staff member acknowledged me – and 1/2 of said food was MISSING when I finally got my order. I’ve worked in food service before I KNOW it’s not THAT hard to read a screen and put food into a bag. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for your fried chicken meals cause this place is NOT it
