Is a wonderful local Food Truck Cajun spot this is family owned as well and you can tell. There’s a lot of love and heart and soul put into each dish and even their handmade beverages. I had the opportunity to try the kiwi lemonade, which is freshly squeezed every morning. it was such a beautiful, unique flavor combo Very sour and tangy, but still refreshing. Their food was so delicious as well. The Cajun corn is perfectly seasoned and you can tell that this is authentically Cajun food. Their service was very down to earth and like family.

First time here, it is the best burger in this area. Every bite is packed with flavor. The fry seasoning was awesome. The lemon pepper wings were amazing. The wings were perfectly cooked. Customer service was fantastic. Food came out fast.

Been a customer here for I believe around a year or so now and I always enjoy the food here. My regular is either the lemon pepper wet (regular) or the hot lemon pepper, with fries with added cheese on top. Both are great and I rotate depending on if I want the kick. I’ve also had the honey habanero wings which were great, and yes, they have a great spicy kick. Honestly more spicy than I can currently handle, but great flavor. I would easily take these wings over any name brand wing establishment that I’ve been to. I always order the cajun corn and extra rolls which are both great additions. The cajun chicken pasta is really good, seasoned and breaded nicely. The sauce for the pasta is really good. I also like the burgers with cheese and bacon, but don’t have pictures I’ve taken of them currently.
Customer service has always been great for me, and him and I have good talks whenever I’m there. Make sure you stay posted on his FB page for when he is opened as food trucks have different schedules depending on events and realities of life they may have going on. I’m a regular customer here, and will continue to be one. I’d definitely recommend coming and trying the wings, burgers, and pasta. Don’t forget the corn or rolls too.

First time here and I’m very impressed with the quality and taste. We got single burgers, fries and wings. I think the fries were air fried which isn’t my favorite but the seasoning was delicious. The presentation was on point, this guy cares about what he’s preparing. The burger is messy but it’s good messy! And the wings are very good. The menu is full, lots to choose from. Definitely going back!

This review is about the service. Terrible customer service and terrible way to represent yourself as the owner, I called yesterday and was told to hold which I did. However after a couple minutes on hold I changed my mind and went to get food somewhere closer. The next day I get a call from this business number saying something along the lines of “you really decided to hang up” and when I asked “I’m sorry what was that?” They just sighed and said “forget about it”. If the tone of his voice wasn’t so PISSED off and ANNOYED I wouldn’t even be writing this review. But the fact that you called to complain to me is crazyyyy. Do better bro and maybe your business would grow more. The way you treat people is equally as important as the product you sell. I’m all for supporting small business but you have to understand your attitude is super important and the crazy part is I’ve never had to write a review like this on a big industry business. Do better.
