My wife really likes El Paisa. I’ll give it a 4/5 for price and convenience. The food is fair but not great. It’s cheap Mexican food from a chain and you get what you pay for in this case. The selection on the menu is pretty good variety as is the bottled drink selection. Payment methods are good. The atmosphere is pretty spartan. The chips are really thick which I find tough, but my wife loves them, so to each their own. Parking is a little tight in this location. I think it used to be another fast food chain and they converted it. However, the location is great, right on highway 26. Recommended.

I literally eat here every day! The food is fantastic and the staff has become like family. El Paisa is the closest thing I’ve found to the food I loved living in El Paso. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and never had an issue with my good until this evening. I ordered a nacho plate with extra cheese and extra meat. I also ordered a quesadilla plate with extra meat. I was charged 6.00 for extra meat and that’s not what we received. When I questioned this I wasn’t given a sufficient explanation, as we’ve paid .99 cents for extra meat on our past orders. I was however given the managers phone number written on a napkin. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least.

I love mexican restaurants and this one is awesome. The customer service is outstanding. I love my meal from here. It’s was delicious. The restaurant is very easy to get too from both sides of the highway and the cashier was very respectful and patient with me while ordering. I will most definitely be back.

Would give it zero stars if I could, food was disgusting I had the asada plate and the rice was undercooked making it feel like I was bitting on small rocks. The asada was disgusting , it didn’t even look like it was cooked properly and had a lot of fat. Needless to say we will not be returning here and wasting our hard earned money. I did contact their corporate but never got a reply. The service was awful as well.

We have been here several times. This is our go to quick stop. The food is consistently good and portions are generous. We had pork carnitas nachos and a chicken taco plate. (two tacos to an order). The salsas are pretty damn tasty too. You can’t go wrong with a breakfast taco either.
