BRAND NEW McDonald’s store just opened last week! The facility is great and spotlessly clean! Our food was fresh and hot, and made to order! Plenty of parking available and there is handicap accessibility!

Nonexistent. Morehead likes to relocate restaurants because of the interstate traffic vs residential/college traffic. Wished I had known that it was on the other side of the underpass. Getcha signs fixed please. Love ya mean it.

This is an adequate McDonald’s location. I only used the drive-through. The staff were nice, but the service was lengthy. Seriously, you will wait longer at this location than others, but the orders were always correct. Still, if I am using drive-through, it should be quick This location is usually not up to that expectation.

Last week I used the app and went through their drive-thru. The app charges my account and then they ask for the difference which the app showed that it saved me as a deal. It was a hassle and bit of an ordeal but they finally gave me my order. Today. Deal of the day on the app was $1.50 off a Frappe.. The app charged my card. They asked for the difference at the window again! You have to prove that you do not owe them and it is a hassle!! The frappe was great. But they need to call corporate and get some training.

I don’t put the standards too high for any fast food. We did have to wait a little longer than normal and all our chicken nuggets were way overcooked, but on average this McDonald’s is fairly quick and gets the orders correct.

This McDonald’s is special to me. The crew they have there tries to learn their regular customers by name and by our regular orders. This store is always clean and they try hard to get your order to you as fast as they can. You can dine in, use the drive thru or get it delivered 24 hours a day.
