I would have raised a complaint directly with you but there was no option to do so in the app. You guys have been really good in the past but failed miserably with my order today. Ordered a lot of items, one of them the crispy baja fish sandwich, the sandwich wasn’t even close to the picture on the menu, this one was similar to a filet o fish but twice the price. You advertise that it is beer battered alaskan cod but it was a square breaded patty, not likely cod, and it was very small and almost no slaw on it. I ordered 3 fry sauce, received none. I had to ask for the drink I ordered. I ordered a regular fry and got the kids meal size. Very dissappointed and regret adding a tip to my order. I would like to add pictures but doesn’t seem to be an option to add here.

The Habit Burger Grill. Not too bad this visit. Burger was pretty good. The fries were ok, and the onion rings were delicious. But the teriyaki steak sandwich was amazing. Ok service, and the tables were mostly clean. I did like the 2 options of juice and teas. I will have to go back and try something new.

My food here was decent, but very very slow service for “fast food” and massively expensive for what it is (I can go to a nicer sit down restaurant and get a burger and fries for the same price). The highlight of the meal was definitely the tempura green beans, they were fantastic. The fries were average and needed more seasoning, the tenderloin steak sandwich was enjoyable but I wish the ciabatta had been a little less greasy. Overall a good experience, but for the price point I’d probably go elsewhere (unless I want some of those delicious green beans!).

The single Charburger with everything was pretty good. The bun was a little cold. But the meat, vegetable, bread ratio was good. If you like ketchup, ask for extra packets, we didn’t taste any ketchup. Missed it.
The sweet fries were really good, crispy on the outside. The side of ranch was delicious. The Coke mix was perfect, not too sweet or sugary.
The teriyaki burger was similar to Carl’s Jr, but the pineapple was still crunchy. Didn’t have the charbroil softness to it. It was doable.
The saThey had an Ahi tuna burger. I love that they have side salads, side ceasar salad, green bean fries & sweet potato fries.
The employees were friendly & it was overall a good, but have had better. But in a pinch, it’ll do.

The food is solid, fast food with more upscale menu, love there is a lettuce wrap option, onion rings are good and the tempura green beans are even better and a fun option. The ahi tuna is ok, the burgers much better. Chicken sandwiches good, don’t expect much interaction with the workers, expect to order via kiosk and hope to hear your name and a smile when u pick up your bag of goodies, drive through allows a more traditional fast good experience.

I’d give a 0 for atmosphere if possible, I went in with my family yesterday evening we ordered around $100 worth of food and decided to dine in, the man who took my order was semi nice, but the man behind the counter “Jessie” was one of the most foul mouthed people I’ve ever heard and rude to all his staff, we thought everyone was gonna quit because of how he was talking to everyone so vulgar we actually picked up our food and left so our kids wouldn’t repeat what he was saying. It almost sounded like he wanted to argue with everyone in the back, We will never come back to this location, I’ll go to Yakima if I want the burger that bad!!

This was the first time I had ever eaten at The Habit. I had to make the trip to the Tri-Cities just for this because I host a podcast with a coworker where we discuss lists and rankings we find online. We recently discussed one about the best signature fast food burgers and The Habit was No. 4 on the list. But it was the ONLY one neither of us had tried.
So… the teriyaki burger was good… I’m a fan of pineapple on burgers… always have ever since Red Robin had theirs. The charburger was decent but I felt like it was light on the meat and heavy on the lettuce… the patties are pretty small.
The biggest issue was that the meat was REALLY pink inside. I ate it anyway. I did let Alishah, the manager, know, and she was really sweet and encouraged me to let them know next time for a remake. But, I didn’t have time anyway so that’s the downside with a situation like that :(. If it’s not done right the first time, and the consumer legit doesn’t have time for a remake, they’re kind of stuck! BUT… Alishah was really sweet and you can tell she’s good at her job.

Decent prices. Food was hot, fresh, delicious.
Good service and helpful staff. Lobby was generally clean giving it was dinner time on a Saturday night. Lots of options for the whole family. The kids didn’t really enjoy the chicken bites but they a nugget fans.

First time at The Habit Grill. For fast food our food did take quite awhile in the drive thru. However it was all very fresh. Although we didn’t get any sauce for the kids chicken that we asked for and my bbq salad that I asked for no tomatoes and bbq on the side had both things still on the salad. For how long it took to get our food it was a little frustrating but the food was very good. Husband enjoyed his double char burger, my daughters new favorite cheeseburger. The bbq salad was very good. The chicken tasted good and the lettuce was nice and crunchy! Their ranch was very good as well!

When we arrived the restaurant did not appear busy. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be finished. The food was fine. The onion rings were a little cold. There looked to be some interesting items on the menu like tempura green beans. Might go back to try some of the other items.
