I ordered an Original Chicken sandwich meal today. When I opened up the sandwich, there was no chicken! I called and asked for a manager. The BOY who answered told someone in the background that I wanted to speak with a manager. The female voice in the background told him to handle my call. No accountability taken by the store. And by the way, there were zero customers in front of me. You will never get my money again.

Had to work late and was hungry… went to this BK… Friendly staff, place was clean and I had one of the best whoppers I’ve ever had!!! Hot, fresh and delicious. Hats off to the staff that evening!

Update- tried giving them another chance so I go pick my order up I know it’s ready I was 10 min after the time to pick up. Go through drive through guy comes to the window mumbling he can’t even speak properly and won’t give me my food I will never come back here terrible customer service
I ordered on the ap took me 10 minutes got there nobody in line order wasn’t even ready. The guy wasn’t even friendly I said thanks when I got my order he grunted at me very rude. The fact that they use a tiny cup that costs 2.69 when you can get a double gulp xl for $2 is absolutely embarrassing then the cheese wasn’t even melted it’s no wonder bk are dropping like flies between how expensive they are now and their terrible service it’s not surprising won’t come back here again it’s sad bk is my favorite burgers and breakfast sandwiches

Ordered the steakhouse burger meal with ONION Rings. Said it three times. Ordered the 8 pc. Mozzarella sticks. Asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I said marinara was informed ranch was my only option so why even ask? Didn’t get onion rings got French fries that were cold and greasy. The mozzarella sticks were hard inside and deep fried on outside like they had double fried them greasy and tasted like old fryer oil worse experience ever.
A female manager there did replace the meal when I brought the issue to her attention so I raised it from one star to three.

I ordered a whopper, onion rings and a courtesy water same as I do at McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s etc. Water is normally free if you’re buying food. They charged me $2.79 for a medium tap water. I would have been okay with paying for the cup, lid and straw which may have been 25 cents. $2.79 for tap water is insanity. They will never see me again.

Thanks for filling up the cup beyond capacity. Cleaning up spilled milkshake out of my car in 30 degree weather was just what I was looking forward to after a long day of work. The drive-through employee who handed this to me didn’t even look at me or say thanks. She knew damn well it wasn’t gonna make it.

Completely disappointing. First window didn’t charge me on accident, but I gave them my card they were just talking on the phone. Second window, the assistant manager, starts yelling at me to go back I didn’t pay!!! I went back AGAIN but the manager must not have been paying attention or she would understand it’s not my fault. Pop was nasty no flavor in the Dr pepper. @ 2:00 . Nasty food. Nasty attitude. I only order 5$ meals x 2 and still feel cheated it was so bad. Eating without a drink is not pleasant. Yuck..
