I ordered Fansville wings with Signature Hot and Sweet & Spicy sauces. Instead, I was served dry rub, which was not what I ordered. When I calmly asked for a refund, I was denied, and what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The supervisor on duty not only refused my refund but cursed at me, called me out of my name, and even told me I “look like a crackhead.” This was not only insulting but humiliating in front of other customers. I remained calm the entire time—something the cameras in the store will clearly show—while the supervisor raised his voice, cursed, and threatened me instead of fixing the mistake.
I did not ask for anything unreasonable. All I wanted was for the incorrect order to be corrected or refunded. Instead, I was verbally attacked and disrespected by the person who should be setting an example of professionalism.
This type of treatment is unacceptable. Corporate needs to be aware of how customers are being treated at this location. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed, that the supervisor be held accountable for his conduct, and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way in the future. I also have video evidence of this interaction.

Thank you for your reply. The incident occurred at the Popeyes at 3040 W 159th St, Markham, IL on 09/09/2025 at approximately 12:30pm. I placed an order which was incorrect, and when I calmly requested a refund, the supervisor refused, cursed at me, and said on video that I “look like I’m on crack.”
I do have video evidence of this exchange, as well as my receipt and record of calling the police to de-escalate the situation. This was extremely distressing, and my son was with me and witnessed the entire exchange. This was humiliating and uncalled for, and I expect Popeyes to take real action, not just review it.

Ok this Popeyes must have gotten it together due to all the bad reviews. Because my visit on 7/27 in the late evening was amazing!!

Me and my sister ordered on Uber Eats. She ordered a ghost pepper sandwich, and I ordered a spicy sandwich. When we opened the order, we couldn’t tell which sandwich was which because nothing was labeled. This isn’t our first time ordering here. Ok Ok this place has to be under new ownership or something because I’ve seen a drastic change in the service and everyone’s attitude .The morning manager looked to be understaffed and she was still getting customers in and out while still managing to keep a smile.I was very pleased with my food I ordered sirracha chicken dippers they were hot and fresh my son had to use the restroom which was clean as well 10/10 definitely will be returning

I placed an order in the drive thru today. They stated the chicken was ready but would have to wait on the biscuits which was fine. But after ordering 2 two pieces and waiting on biscuits one of my orders the meat was burned and on the 2nd order they gave me 2 damn legs then on top of that they didn’t even give me my orders of mashed potatoes and gravy. Popeyes do better

The manager Dee Dee made sure the front area was clean. She kept the customer updated on how long the wait for chicken. She had very good customer service skills. I passed up two Popeyes because I needed a clean place to get chicken.

No matter the time of the day I go I get bad food and rushed service. Went through the drive thru after every item I ordered the guy say is that it. I get to the window and pay she is handing me my order as I’m paying. RED FLAG I should’ve checked it. I get home and the chick is Luke warm fried to hard with more batter than chicken. So I basically the only thing that was consumable was the red beans and rice and the drink . Everything else is going in the garbage.
