Saw this place all over social media and knew I needed to have breakfast here!
I walked in and I was seated right away. It was a Tuesday around 10am and it was not packed at all. The server got me water right away and she eas very sweet and patient while I ordered since it was my first time there. The menu had so many options and the inside was very chill and welcoming with really pretty decor all over.
I ordered the sisig plate and upgraded my pancakes to the ube pancakes! The pork in the sisg was really good, tender and seasoned lightly, I didn’t like the bell peppers in the sisig so I ate around them. The garlic fried rice was also made perfectly . Sunny side up eggs were a bit over cooked and didn’t run as much as I would have wanted them too. I asked for lemons and squeezed it over the sisig and it made the dish just that much better! I definitely recommend doing that.
The ube pancakes were amazing! They ube flavor wasn’t too strong and it was balanced with the ube drizzle that was not over powering either. The white chocolate and macadamia nuts were a nice touch and the sweetened condensed milk brought it all together just perfectly! They were so good!!
Over all great service, great food and i o ly paid a little over $20 for my meal! I definitely recommend this place and ill definitely be back!!

We have been coming to this blue diamond location since we moved here a year ago and they never disappoint! Food is always amazing and comes out in a timely manner. During this specific visit I was shown extraordinary customer by a young man who saw my hands were full, holding my daughter and he brought the two big bags of food to my car for me!

I would have eaten here every morning if I had a car. The pancake selection is off the charts. I had the orange creamsicle pancakes with bacon, eggs and hash browns. The bacon was delicious and thick. I wanted to try many of the other pancake flavors. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and came out quickly. Stop in if you love pancakes!

This was our first time at this location. I had my favorite dish, the kalbii beef and eggs with furikake rice. It was served hot and was tender and delicious. I upgraded my pancakes to the bananas foster and it was so sweet and decadent. They are not stingy with the toppings! Tati was a great server, so funny and attentive.
My only complaint is y’all have Coke Zero cups but only serve diet Coke. Let’s get Coke Zero to round out the perfect breakfast. 😉

Update-Went back for a 3rd time. Didn’t disappoint. Tried the banana foster, the pumpkin amd strawberry.
It was my first time visiting, and I went 2 times on the weekend. I had the Ube, banana foster, and strawberry pancakes. The Ube and banana were my favorites. I love the fact that they make their own syrups, and it’s not the traditional kind. Would try again next time I visit Vegas☺️

We stopped by BabyStacks! We were greeted by a friendly staff member, seated right away, and were off to the huge menu. They had all the basics covered with some specialties. The food came out fast and was exactly as advertised. Our server, Jarrod (forgive us if the spelling of your name isn’t correct) was prompt and friendly. The food overall is worth the money when it comes to taste versus value. We were pleasantly surprised with this little place. An easy 10 out of 10, although not.a.fan of the frozen hashbrowns, when everything else seemed to be cooked from fresh. Highly recommended.

Loco Moco and red velvet pancakes went hard. Amazingly simple yet incredibly well done. One of the best loco mocos I’ve had in town and I had to get seconds of the pancakes. Went there with family and friends and we all loved the food. Great server, and while I didn’t catch her name the Rust-eze rep was great and always checking in taking care of us. The atmosphere was great and definitely family friendly and overall just nice to be in. Definitely recommend.

We had never been here before and went with friends for the first time. The portions are huge, and the pancakes are massive. The food was delicious. Our server was super nice. When you order breakfast, you get a choice of any babystack pancakes. You may need a to go box when you are done eating since you will be full.

I see what all the fuss is now about Babystacks! The place is comfy, and has great service and food. The Orange Creamsicle short stack of pancakes did not disappoint! It tasted so good, and the orange glaze was so so delicious! The eggs, bacon and seasoned potatoes were also good. Liked the crispness and seasoning on the potatoes.
