I live literally a 2-minute walk from this Chick-fil-A, and let me tell y’all—I absolutely love this location. Everyone is always so friendly, patient, and welcoming. I’ve truly never had a bad experience here.
My toddler has become a little regular, and the managers absolutely adore him. The very first time we came, they gave him a Chick-fil-A cow, and today they surprised him with a crown .
My son is hard of hearing, and seeing the amount of love, patience, and kindness they show him means everything to me as a mom. It really says so much about the people who work here.

We always order in their app and pick up via the drive-thru. We typically order lunch items at least three times every week. Food quality is usually okay and as expected. Staff are agreeable with nonchalant attitudes. Within the last month, we have seen a significant increase in our orders with inaccuracies. This is disappointing, since we have relied on Chick-fil-a as one of the few fast food restaurants we could trust to get orders right. I suggest you double-check your order for accuracy before leaving the premises.

I am a Signature Member on the Chick-fil-A app and order frequently. This time I ordered through DoorDash because I have a DashPass membership. I accidentally selected fries as the kids meal side instead of mac and cheese. My daughter is autistic and only eats certain foods, she loves mac and fries. My intention was to get mac and cheese as the kids meal side and add an extra fry, but I mistakenly ordered two fries instead. I immediately called the Miramar location to see if they could simply swap one fry for mac and cheese, and the manager, Davian, refused. It was a very small and reasonable change, especially for a 4-year-old autistic child. I’m unable to leave work to fix the mistake myself, and considering we already pay higher prices and fees through DoorDash, the lack of flexibility and understanding was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from the Miramar location again, I would rather drive miles out of my way than return to a store that shows so little compassion for a simple request.

Truly love this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is friendly and patient. One particular staff member, Amadeus, stands out the every time we come. One particular day I couldn’t articulate my order. It was a long day for me and he was patient enough to helped me figure out what I was trying to order for my family of 5. We laughed at the end of it all. Since then, I have actually chosen to come inside instead of going through the drive-thru. He has such a great energy and a friendly smile. Love seeing Amadeus when we come to here to eat. Wishing him all the success his heart desires.

i never usually write reviews, even when i have a negative experience, but today has been such a horrible day and the decision myself and my partner made to eat out was in an effort to lift our spirits. instead, it made today somehow worse!
we ask the woman who took our order of we can use two rewards in one order (we had a free L sweet tea and 2ct strips), she said yes. we showed her the QR code for both and she said she didn’t need to scan them and she can just put it in manually. we were confused but we never worked there so… we asked her to confirm, “hey, so those two items are free right?” she said yes.
mind you, customer service at cfa is usually very good and i totally get people having a bad day (like my partner and i) and not being in the best mood but she was definitely a bit cold and it was enough for both of us to comment on it after our interaction.
so we get to the service window and are handed the food with the receipt. we were charged for both “free” items. we asked the man who handed us our food “hey so was she supposed to scan the codes?” and he replied with, “yea if she didn’t then it didn’t go through.. i’m so sorry guys.” so we left kinda upset 🙁 then as we snack on some fries on the way home we realize my 8 pc meal didn’t come with fries.. yay!!!!
again i’m never usually this bitter but today was genuinely so horrible and this was the smelliest cherry on top ever… and i’m a silver member mind u! i’m a cfa defender but this crossed a line 🙁

I have placed an order on the mobile app for their breakfast. Once I placed it the app told me if I didn’t get there by 10:30 then they will cancel my order. Once I realized I was not going to make it in time I called this location To see if it was even worth me taking the drive. Every single time I hit the option three to speak to an employee it immediately went to voicemail as if they cut off their lines. I of course had to push option to for the catering and the caterer told me that it was perfectly fine as long as Ito see if it was even worth me taking the drive. I get here try to get my order of course is canceled and yes I am pissed. so I go to see if I can still do get some breakfast options since I drove out here and spoke to a manager and the manager basically told me there’s nothing she can do that I had to basically lie to the system say that I was here for a carryout which is something I wouldn’t know and apparently one of their employees doesn’t know as well. Just gonna be honest the Manager Was not open to seeing if any breakfast item was an option and did not want to work with me even though her employee did tell me the wrong information.

Last few times I’ve came here the ice has been dirty! .. the last time it happened it was at 6:30am when they just opened.. No excuse! Who knows how many times I’ve drank from a dirty ice cup (& I wouldn’t even know cause I mostly get coke) disgusting!! Sad cause CFA has the best ice & is know for being so clean .. this location needs to step it up

This Miramar store is spotless, the ambience and friendliness of the staff is incredible. They contribute to the community with special events. Feels great to experience a fast food restaurant that has it together with terrific staff and menus.
