First visit was a Friday night. We were seated quickly. The dining room is very comfortable and the host was polite and attentive. We ordered the tempura shrimp appetizer which was very tasty. Jumbo shrimp perfectly cooked with roumalade and ranch dipping sauces. The batter was slightly oily and a few shrimps breading was coming off. My entrée was the Bucatini with pesto sauce, spinach, meatballs and parmesan. I found this dish dry and flavorless. There was no spinach and the pesto was bland and not much of it on the pasta. Bucatini was perfectly cooked though.
My husband had chicken parmesan. It was not good. The pasta was over cooked, sauce bland.
For dessert we ordered the cookie skillet a la mode. While the ice-cream was creamy and good, the cookie was stuck to the cast iron skillet so we had to scrape it off the bottom.
Our server was also the bartender so he was all over the place. He was as attentive as he could be. We asked 3 staff for small plates and didn’t get them until the appetizer was gone. Asked for water multiple times. The manager was in the dining room talking to tables but never stopped at our table.
It seems everyone knew eachother and was a popular place for locals.
We will try it once more and maybe order differently.

Atmosphere: Good.
Serve: I was there for lunch. Wait staff was very pleasant.
Food: ordered the chilli for an appetizer. It was way too salty – 2/5. I had the pasta Alfredo with grilled chicken. The chicken was moist and the Alfredo sauce good. But the dish lacked a restaurant still finish. For instance a broiled half a tomato and quarter vadalia onion would have made the dish. I was not offered grated parm. Presentation was sloppily put together. The dish 3/5.

The food was so good! The atmosphere and vibes were immaculate and just a good time overall. Definitely recommend the flatbread and clams pappardelle (photos attached). The staff was super friendly too!

My husband took me here for valentine day for dinner.we had a reservation and we was there on time .and the hostess act like she didn’t see our reservation. So other guests came in and maybe about 10mins later and they were seated maybe five minutes later remind you we had already been there maybe 15 to 20 minutes so They were seated so I went to ask why is it taking so long for us to be seated when that they just came in she said they have been waiting and I asked waiting where? She said outside, but my husband and I saw the people walk up and when we came in, no one was outside waiting. So we still waited another five minutes maybe 10 to be seated now it’s almost 830. And we are just now getting at the table, and once I order was taking the waitress, correct my husband, as if though he couldn’t read. Oh, and another thing, they were also given out roses and the hostess ran to the ladies at the door to give them flowers and totally not offered me one. And remind you, we were the only people of color in there, but this is not our first time going, but this is our first time experiencing this. I would not go back to this place to spend money and to be treated as such.

The Brussel sprouts were the best. French onion soup was warm but not piping hot like one expects when you get soup on a cold night. The chicken on top of the tortellini was great. The tortellini tasted like it came from aldi’s. The Alfredo sauce was watery. That’s the first time I’ve ever had watery Alfredo. There were chunks of mozzarella with scattered Parmesan cheese on top. The steak salad was served cold and the dressing was definitely unusual. The atmosphere and service was great! Our waitress really was kind and knowledgeable!

With a party of 6 celebrating our friends birthday we ventured to the quaint city of LeGrange Georgia where we encountered Mare Sol. We arrived on the early side of Happy Hour since we know reservations are hard to get. Our server Jen was very patient as we asked so many questions about menu items. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I loved the ambiance with the open floor plan and the natural lighting. Our food was hot and tasty. The wine recommendation was on point. This is definitely a place to try if you find yourself in this small town as they are trying to do big things with flavor. I do wish they had more gluten free options.

We were there on NYE and it took them 2 1/2 hours to bring out our cold food. Unfortunately most of the food was inedible (too spicey, undercooked, and no meat in my seafood pasta). We watched multiple tables get up and leave due to not being served. It was a bit of a nightmare and we were disappointed. The Manager was very kind and apologetic but this was a really bad dining experience overall, we won’t be back

Nice setup, with good selection of beers and a tasty menu. Plenty of seating to accommodate both large groups and quiet pairs. Casual enough for a light lunch but also nice enough to do date night. Service was great and personable. Just a good overall modern restaurant.

A wonderful place to celebrate our families special occasions. The wait staff was excellent, paying attention to our beverage levels and checking on our individual serving needs like providing extra napkins, food toppings, and topping off our beverages. When the place is packed it does tend to be a loud atmosphere, especially if there is a football game on TV.
