The place is filthy, all the tables were dirty and food everywhere on the floor. My wife asked for her chicken sub to be microwaved not toasted and they took it to the back and it was ice cold. The workers didn’t even know they had a microwave. The employees act like they don’t even know what is going on.

This now the 3rd time I’ve scheduled a mobile order for lunch and they don’t have it ready on time. I was standing at the mobile order pickup shelf for almost 10 mins (while no one acknowledged me) until I got fed up and went to the counter and asked about my order. The attendant asks his coworker if it was done yet, to which she refers to a receipt that’s been sitting on the bar since I got there, and said that it was “next to be made” I didn’t get an apology, and this is now the 3rd time this has happened. I will not be placing anymore orders at this establishment, due to my time being important to me. I hope you do better.

My wife ran in for a quick sub. When she paid she said the boy who checked her out rolled his eyes and made a face when she didn’t leave a tip when she paid with a credit card. At least wait until your customer leaves to roll your eyes…

Wife ordered two subs on app. Supposed to be ready at 5:50. Arrived at 5:55. Were not read, no big deal I sat and waited. Watched guy with too long hair scratch his head and adjust his hair several times. After 10 minutes took subs home. Not even close on toppings, asked for dressing on side, did not happen and they toasted the wrong one. Probably last time.

Subway is expensive and the steak is flavorless… Bread was tough but not stale… Cheese was a lil funky and not in a good way…. Instead of paying celebrities to run adds they need to improve there menu…. Also none of those footlongs need to be over 699… ever bc wal mart subs are pretty decent and once jersey mikes comes down in randolph subway is in for trouble
