Do not order from the West OC location.
We purchased a family size chicken meal last night. Opened the box of chicken and found a long black hair wrapped around several pieces. I called the manager and he told me to come in with my receipt. I went in today and he refused to give me the refund because I didn’t bring the chicken in with me. The worse part of this situation, the manager had long black hair and stated to me, “ these things happen sometimes “.

There was a big snow storm and this was the only place open, they where slammed and only 2 employees there working and they still got the orders out in a good amount of time and didn’t lose their cool. Hats off to the two of you working that day, you deserve a raise!!

Spent $40. I requested a change in the 8 pc meal and I got a nasty response from the female worker filling my order. She also was handling food with large ponytail that was not contained. it was swinging over the food. I almost walked out

I recently had a great experience at Popeyes that I’d love to share! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Today I had to teach the staff they have a new dipping sauce (Smok’N Pepper Ranch) just released for the Red Sticks chicken fingers (Tabasco marinated).
Twice they went into the back cooler to get one of those sauces for me.

This is the worst location! Every time I go which I keep saying I won’t be back it’s always something. This time they can’t take a coupon (same coupon I used 2 months ago) saying online only. Yet online when I put the code in it said in store only. Showed the worker the coupon and still wouldn’t take it. I have NEVER seen a company not honor something that a paying customer is showing them that is clearly not expired, and not for online.

Although I like the food at Popeyes, the lackluster care to at least try and provide somewhat acceptable service is evident. The employee barely seems to comprehend simple food orders and just threw the fries in the bag with a fork lol. Come on now
