I went to this place because I heard it just opened and wanted to give it a try. I didn’t mind the long wait, and I even appreciated the key chain and pen they were handing out when we were almost at the drive thru window.
However, the person taking my order could not understand anything I was saying. I had to repeat the menu item about three times and explain what kind of drink it was, but she still seemed confused and unsure about what she was doing. The ordering process took a long time, and it was embarrassing and uncomfortable having to repeat myself over and over. I just wanted to leave.
The food was okay, but because of this experience, I don’t think I will come back again.

First visit at drive through when line wasn’t out in the road. It went quick. The employee that took our order was nice. Got home, food just ok. Didn’t get the extra toast I paid for. Thought fries would be hotter and crispier. Maybe next time we will go inside and try.

Great place for crispy chicken fingers! The food is always fresh, hot, and simple. The Cane’s sauce is really tasty and goes well with everything. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Only downside is the limited menu, but if you love chicken, it’s worth it.

I had raising canes a couple of times in the past at different states and each time I went was a pleasant experience. This one did not disappoint.
I took the drive thru line, which indeed was absurdly long but it makes sense given the recent opening. The line also moved surprisingly fast which was nice. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes from start to finish but it was still worth it in my opinion. Even after having the food sit in my car for over 15 minutes driving back home, it was still hot and fresh and everything tasted great (especially the sauce, which is arguably my favorite thing ever).
The staff taking my order and bringing it to me were friendly and provided great service. Kudos to the staff right now for keeping up with such a busy flow of customers! I definitely will be back, but I’ll probably wait until the lines settle down a bit first

It was very busy, very very busy. But i got in and out like it wasnt!! Im so shocked! Freaky fast lol. The food was really good. I got a cup of that raising canes sauce and mmm! Delicious! Everything is delicious! Hey! Put this store on doordash so other people can enjoy this! Please.
