I’ve been eating at this McDonald’s for a whole week every morning.

Their service is nice (depending who’s serving you).

My first time experiencing food with this mcdonald was amazing. They served me one of the best hash brown ever. I’ve noticed they change their oil every 2-3days which is alright.

I wish they would cycle their ingredients more often or at least make it more appealing to consume.

Like my eggs looks like it’s been used to clean off the floor of a bathroom.

I haven’t had McDonald’s since I was a kid. The fries were even better than I remembered and despite always getting the nuggets I tried their burger, and it was solid. I do miss the theme of McDonald’s from when I was little, but the people working were very kind. 4.5/5

Dinner time ordered through the kiosk. They were out of my drink. I added cheese my burger and asked for no onion and I got no cheese and I got onions. They forgot the kids french fries in the Happy meal, the fries were cold and the only reason that we came to this location was for for playground which sadly they have not removed. Definitely will not be coming back here

I had a disappointing experience at the Grand Island McDonald’s. I ordered a Happy Meal with a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets through the drive-thru on a snowy evening. When I got home, I found only four nuggets in the box.

This was my child’s entire meal for the evening, and nuggets were the only thing he wanted to eat that night. I returned the next day to report the issue, but the cashier did not apologize and said nothing could be done since it was a different crew.

I’ve been a regular customer for years and have never had this issue before. I’m disappointed with both the order accuracy and the customer service. I recommend customers check their orders before leaving the drive-thru.

I personally don’t eat at McDonald’s, but this location is the worst McDonald’s ever!! The window cashier was very rude and unfriendly. Just went to pick up my daughter’s mobile order from the drive thru. I just pulled up to the pick up window. I waited for a while at the pick up window. The girl finally appeared and I gave her the code. She then started going off on me. She proceeded to lecture me on how I should have stopped at the first sign. I said I was sorry I never picked up from their restaurant before. She proceeded to act like I ruined her whole life by proceeding to the pick up window without permission. Not a pleasant experience. Avoid if possible.

This McDonald’s location in Buffalo, NY, was a complete disaster. My family and I waited over 10 minutes while being ignored at the counter. The service was slow, disinterested, and our order was wrong. It’s no wonder this place is empty—no one seems to care, and the manager clearly isn’t doing anything. After spending nearly $90, I was beyond disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly do not recommend it.” Let me know if that hits the mark or if you need any tweaks!

Very slow service at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. Once I got to the window to pick up a burger and drink it was another 10 minutes so much for fast food. Burger was not as ordered fries were actually cold. Not a place I will return too. Give me Burger King

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a complete embarrassment to the McDonald’s name. Unfortunately, because my son loves Happy Meals and this McDonald’s is the closest to us, we’ve given them far too many chances. Almost every single visit comes with frustration—missing items, painfully long wait times, or apathetic staff.

Today was the final straw. I placed an order for my family through the app, and when we got our food, one of the items I ordered was missing from the bag. When I called to resolve it, the woman who claimed to be the manager flat-out told me she packed the bag herself and insisted the item was included. In other words, she accused me of lying instead of making it right. Why would I call to report a missing item if it were actually there? To make it worse, she refused to issue a refund. That’s not just bad service—that’s stealing from customers.

This isn’t an isolated mistake. This location is notorious for leaving out items, mixing up orders, and making customers wait unreasonable amounts of time. I’ve even had cashiers admit they’re understaffed, which is no surprise given the unprofessional and combative behavior of the so-called management. Good employees cannot thrive under leadership like this.

I’ll be escalating my complaint with corporate and my credit card company, because apparently, that’s the only way to get accountability. A manager who treats paying customers this way should not be in customer service, and this location desperately needs an overhaul of its management team.

If you value your time, your money, or basic respect, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Drive the extra distance to a different location—you’ll thank yourself later

I constantly have to wait 10 plus minutes for an order. It is not that hard to have orders ready in a timely manner. When asking about why it is usually fries, like why, fries are easy to keep up. Poor customer service. At least offering a drink or some sort of compensation would go a long way.
