Barbecue and potato salad were very good. Smoked pork did not need any additional sauce and complemented with slaw. Potato salad made with sour cream and bacon. Others ordered catfish and everyone left satisfied. Sad that the current owner is closing December 2025. They are customer focused.

Stopped for lunch on a Friday while passing through, had bbq on our minds but chose the fish plate instead once we were inside and had zero regrets. The catfish filets were perfectly seasoned, breaded and fried, onion rings, hushpuppies, fries, and slaw were all spot on as well. Our waitress was super friendly, sincere, and did a fantastic job waiting on us. Atmosphere was great and restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend Bar-BQ Barn in Paragould and I will be stopping again in the future.

We had the BBQ sandwich and onion rings. The BBQ is good, it was topped with I think homemade slaw. The onion rings were excellent. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Prices were good, I would return when in the area.

Definitely a place worth trying, the BBQ meat was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth.

Good BBQ. We ordered a pack to take home and the meat was fairly lean with a good sauce (spicey/sweet like Oinky’s sauce). I didn’t care for the beans/slaw (I rarely like them anywhere) but the rest of my group said they were excellent. I have heard from multiple other people that their fish is delicious, but we opted to stick with shredded BBQ this time.
Now aside from food quality/flavor, the service is what shines here. We called in an order during peak business times and they still managed to get it ready in 10 minutes with hardly a wait when we went to pick it up. I will be back.

The food is always good! The catfish compared to another restaurant I went to in this area was so much better here. It was cut to thin and the ends were dried up. BBQ barn has the best!
