Texas BBQ Food Trailer in downtown Garland Food Truck Yard. Our truck is the yellow one!! We strive to serve you the highest quality bbq we can! We started our business in 2019 as a BBQ Sauce and Dry Rub company that overtime grew into the food business! All of our food uses our own Finch BBQ Sauces and Dry Rubs, which can be found in all Central Markets throughout Texas and many small business across the United States! Shortly after we started our business we discovered that we were living our dream! It isn’t always easy, but we absolutely love serving our community and strive for each of our customers to experience the feeling of community when they come see us.

If you like great bbq, go see Chris Finch. Some of the best brisket in DFW. Perfect amounts of salt, pepper, and smoke applied. The potato salad has onions and just the right amount of dill.

Service is great. Chris took them time to explain the menu, the sides, and sauces.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking fo authentic Texas bbq.

On a balmy February Saturday, we discovered the Garland Food Truck Yard, where Finch Craft BBQ called to us. One sample of the brisket and we were convinced. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The sides are home made and delicious. We ended up ordering both the corn and the charro beans, though the potato salad sample was also tempting. The owners/chefs are delightful and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to several of the Texas Top 50 barbecue places…this place has hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had, and the customer service was top notch as well. I’ll definitely be back. I’m hoping they’ll have the desserts back next time!

All of the food is to die for! Chris and Wendy are phenomenal people and great hosts. On top of the great Q and sides, they provide a great bbq class every few months and it is absolutely worth the time and money, Chris took the time to answer every question we had in a thoughtful and easy to understand way. I will definitely be back for the bbq and maybe even another class! When trying their food make sure to ask about their rubs and bbq sauce it goes great on anything and everything!
