I was really hoping for good things from this little mom and pop while I was doing a job in Newton Falls but was disappointed over all. The store itself is small but made smaller by unnecessary stuff on tables and walls. Only serves to make it smaller. I got three donuts and ate the cream stick. It was average, maybe a step up from Dunkin. The donut was thin, the cream only half filled it. The lemon and raspberry filled don’t have very much filling as the pics show. Good prices though. I def won’t be back.

We we driving through Newton Falls for the first time and passed by this place and stopped. These were some of the best doughnuts we have had in a long time!! WAY better than the chain shops. Not just the usual flavors – had a frosted lemon donut and a maple filled donut that were fantastic. And the young lady behind the counter when we were there this a.m. is a sweetheart and a real asset to this business. Her descriptions of how different types of donuts tasted and how good they were was very convincing and had us buy more than we intended to!

They have the absolute BEST apple fritters! They’re huge and delicious! This was my first time trying the maple frosted cinnamon rolls and, yea, those are a must, too. Plus, the service is great. The people behind the counter are always friendly and happy.

Went here for the first time thinking it was related to Maggie’s at Geneva on the lake. It is not! But we were still pleasantly surprised. We were there 1 hour before close. Both employees were still very happy & talkative! Suggesting new things to try. We got 5 doughnuts, 2 ‘coffees’ and 2 fried pies. Everything was good. But what was really great and stood out was their customer service. I had my 1.5 year old with me, we decided to eat at their picnic tables and they noticed though the window that she had made a mess. They came outside with napkins and offered us help.

We got iced caramel macchiatos which were ok although I wish the espresso was stronger. However, this tiny town doesn’t really have many places to get coffee so beggars can’t be choosey. For donuts I had the maple bacon one which I was super excited to see because I’m a huge fan of maple bacon cupcakes. The donut version is ok, but to me it was a bit anticlimactic. I also had the cinnamon sugar cake donut which was typical tasting which is a good thing. Wasn’t too dry which I appreciated. My daughter had the blueberry donut she said it was good, but the batter was a bit over mixed so the blueberries were blended up. Overall everything was ok and they had a pretty decent selection so we’d maybe go back if we were in the area and craving a donut.

Amazing place I got there late so the options were limited, but that’s my fault for not going early enough. Every donut was fresh and delicious thank you so much for the awesome customer service and yummy treats.

Glad I was able to get a dozen donuts this morning, specially since they’ve sold out TREE times today! I’ve never had their donuts before today- they are very good! (specially the blueberry sour cream donut!!) The service was fast & everyone was so polite and they all had smiles on their faces, despite being so busy!

Very good donuts. And I must say that the young women working were super friendly. We need more of that in Newton Falls.

The workers were so nice, unfortunately the donuts were not worth the $20 we paid. They were dry and tasted stale. We have been to the Hiram & Middlefield locations before and the donuts never tasted as bad at Newton Falls.
