The staff does not understand or speak basic English !!
I order on the app for pick up almost every time I go, & something is always missing, or the completely wrong items will be given to me. Apparently the staff has difficulty reading English as well.
It is frustrating communicating any issue to the staff with a language barrier.

Excellent McDonald’s, we come here and eat almost every day because my son loves it so much. Most of the people that work here are very nice and most of them also speak Spanish so if you speak Spanish, then you won’t have any trouble ordering.

My family and I went through the drive-thru and I asked the manager for a large strawberry milkshake with just a little bit of chocolate in it and the manager said okay I got up to the window and he handed me 4 milkshakes I had only ordered one then the manager told me that I could not have a refund on the four milkshakes so I handed them back to him he just could not understand English he gave me the refund for the milkshakes but would not put a little bit of chocolate in my strawberry milkshake he was very rude and if you cannot speak English you should not be a manager at a McDonald’s and have to speak to other people that speak English

Is always a lady that whenever I need assistance picking up an order, I get completely ignored. Tried getting her attention maybe like 3-4 times and is like you not talking to her. Customer services requires that very skill.

I went through the drive thru and asked how much was the new tenders meal. The guy gave me a price and I said I want the meal. When I had to pay the price was different. I let them know it was a different price. He said that was if you bought it separately-which I didn’t understand if I asked for the meal price from the beginning.
I just went with the meal. Later, I noticed that I was charged for a large when I never asked for a large and I didn’t know you had the option of getting 3 or 4 tenders. So, I spent way more than I planned for way too much food that I didn’t even ask for.

So fast. And I never go inside because usually there’s at least a small line. They don’t even close until 12am but the entire place had already been cleaned top to bottom. Including the bathroom (thank goodness)

It’s fast food and that is what we got. I chose to go inside since the drive thru was busy. I had to wait for the cashier because I didn’t want to navigate the ‘too busy’ touch menu.
Pleasant cashier and my order was ready by the time I filled the drinks.
