Honestly the shittiest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to cause a scene at any establishment. I placed a mobile order and had gone in to pick it up, expecting it to be ready by the time I get there or at least within 5-10 min. WRONG. I stood there for damn near 50 min for a mobile order that literally had 4 things, meanwhile the workers are flying through the drive through orders. Why is that a priority? Not only that but people who came in AFTER i walked in that had placed an order in the establishment got their food before me. It should never take 50 min to make a damn mobile order with 4 items in it, and i understand being busy but its a honestly a horrible look on the location if the workers can’t manage online orders and the drive through. Special shout out to the male employee who’s only response to me asking why my order is taking so long was “it’s busy” like I can’t see that but 50 min is insane. Get better employees !

I have to say not ordering face to face with an actual person was strange at first, especially at the drive thru. But now I order from the app and it’s so easy. The rewards aren’t the greatest but The service is quick and simple. The new menu items are very tasty and prices are good.

I’m a diabetic person. I ordered my food. I just don’t drink soda or juices. I only drink water. They told me that they didn’t sell a glass of water, but if there’s a glass of soda, I guess if soda enters a glass, the water can enter. That’s not good. The water never refuses

Time management sucks here they Have to work on time every time I order something here even though I order it half an hour in advance I still end up waiting 10-20 minutes this is ridiculous no other restaurant in the area makes me wait this long maybe you guys should train your employees to be faster no offense
