Don’t know this individuals name but hands down the worst customer service ever. On Feb 6th 2026 at 11:20am I went through the drive through which was empty i might add no one here from the time I ordered til the time I left started off with an i don’t want to be here attitude as I ordered, when I pulled up to the window I asked for a simple change from Mash to the wedges forgetting that was partly the reason I came and tried to deny me a change because she already made the mash potatoes. I don’t see why that would be an issue considering they don’t mix the mash and gravy anymore then had an attitude slamming the window in my face after I insisted on the swap. Then rudely asked me to move in an empty drive through I may add while I was checking over my food because with that attitude I honestly don’t trust any like that handling my food. I recommend if you dont like dealing with customer service you do something else instead.

Went thru the drive thru for the 20 dollar box. Got home to no sauces at all! Chicken nuggets were unrecognizable, over cooked in old grease. French fries so greasy and limp. Just completely disgusting. Only thing edible was the biscuits. Call and spoke to Joshua the manager. He did say he would make it again next time I’m in. This is my second bad experience and I won’t be back.

Bad experience, awful customer service. I ordered 6 pieces of fried chicken for $24 and a Coke. The chicken wasn’t even cooked well, and it wasn’t crispy at all. They didn’t even have Coke but didn’t even let me know before I paid.

This KFC needs to treat the Uber delivery customers just like the people who drive through their drive-thru or go inside and order. First come first serve. If I come topick up an order from North fort Myers and I have to wait 10 minutes for the order there’s something wrong with that. I’m not making any money. Absolute crap

Just left this placing. Paying over $6 for apple pie “poppers” and a small potato wedge is already crazy. But crazier is serving the pie COLD and the wedges old and dried out.

No customers in the store or the drive through yet still took 5 minutes to take my order. I ordered a 3 piece combo and only received 2 pieces. The 2 I got were burnt and shriveled. Coleslaw was pretty much just chopped cabbage

The food was good. Staff was very friendly, with a big smile as she took my order. Which is always a great attribute to have in any business. Unfortunately, I forgot the lady’s name that took care of me. The only complaint I have was that, that the table I needed to sit on was dirty with crumbs. So, I wiped it no biggie. They seemed to be busy at the time. I was starving, i had driven 2 hours to get to that town. So, happy I enjoyed my meal.

Ordered through door dash. Dash was awesome however once I got the food home (we live 30 miles away so I had it delivered to my office) I opened the bag and then the containers only to find one of the meals had literally no chicken strips in the order and of course you can’t get through to the store. Absolutely disappointed in this location. The chicken is way over cooked.

When I ordered my food at this KFC I explained to them that I had no issue in waiting and asked if they could cook my food fresh. Two managers was there A young lady was at the register and every last one of them kept trying to force me to take what they already had in the warmer. I repeatedly stated I don’t mind waiting can I please have my food fresh and they repeatedly kept trying to make me take this chicken that was already in the warmer so I never got a chance to get my food because I walked out from frustration. This place has the worst customer service and every last one of them is Spanish.
