they make really good matcha, but every time I order, the cup is never filled to the top. I’ve asked them multiple times to fix it, and they always say they will but nothing changes. the taste is good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting drinks—especially matcha—from here unless you want to spend money on something that’s gone in about four sips.

I usually stop during the week, every morning. With that being said, the service is horrible. The ladies there are rude, unprofessional and talk over you as you’re ordering your food. This morning, It took them over 10 minutes to get me a snowman donut. I saw the lady pulling out two free gift cards to give to the drivers behind me, and waited another few minutes than went and got me my donut . Only on the weekend they serve properly. Forget about the week day.

Wow. Just wow. This location HAS GONE down HILL. I got a $4 drink thinking it’s gonna look like the menu. Nope. They didn’t care to inform me that it would just be juice lol. Not a refresher what so EVER!!! And quite literally the croissants I get at Kroger are way more fresh. This had no crisp or crunch or fluffy to it. Atleast my daughter ate her donut holes.

I use to come here all the tome since its close but I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. They gave me an undercooked sandwhich. The meat was undercooked as well as the egg. The bread was hard. It was so gritty on the first bite. $10 down the drain.

Absolutely AWFUL. I got here and stood in line for 10 minutes after which I was IGNORED for my order.. the family ahead of me which already ordered received there meal came back up to place and order. At which point the cashier Darren took there order again leaving to do there second order before even taking mine. I am now late to work over this. The other people at this Tim Hortons wanted to justify her actions.
I will be NEVER returning sad to say as I have spent over 5k last year 2025 alone in tim Hortons.

This Tim Horton’s is just slowly dying. The service continuously gets worse with each new hire they get, I’m writing this review waiting for them to take one guy’s order. Multiple people have left the line (me included once this review is done)

Walked in this morning no greeting hello one young lady at the counter working with her back to me . She was replacing fluid diligently . When she saw me she was very pleasant. While the other 4 woman were eating a dessert behind the counter all took a look at me separately over my two minute stand at the counter. No reply no effort to help. I would hv walked out if it weren’t for the pleasant demeanor of the first young lady. As I stood waiting another customer walked in and she stated yesterday they were all on the ph. I won’t be returning.

Impressive. Stopped by the other day for coffee and some donuts. We had 3 coffees, a croissant and a donut. Croissant & donut tasted good and fresh. Liked the wide variety of items, fresh items to choose from. Coffee was good but I believe it would have been better if it was a little bit stronger.. Friendly staff with great fast service and place was so clean

We were passing by and went in here because kids wanted some donut but staff is unfriendly, tables were dirty and to top it all the bathrooms were locked. No wonder why there literally was 1 person sitting in the entire shop. There other Tim Hortons less than a mile away which I would rather drive to.
