They refuse to service you even if you are 10 minutes before closing time. I’ve arrived to Renton from Bellevue * just because they were the only one supposed to be open and when I got there, they said that they are currently only accepting orders from DoorDash. If you are not open then just set your time to 1050 and not 11 PM. Very misleading and I will never be back to this location ever again.

Decent Dairy Queen.. been to worse but also been to better. This one seems to be really quiet not alot of traffic. Only see two employees working. Ice cream machine was not broken like most of the times they are.

I arrived 5 minutes after opening and they gave me some time to pick out what I wanted to order. When I told them I was ready to order, they told me that their food wouldn’t be ready until 20-30 minutes later. Why would you let me sit there and pick out what I was going to order if you don’t have any food ready until 30 minutes after opening? Also wide open at 11:00 if nothing but drinks are available until 11:30? Won’t be coming back.

Ordered fries and chicken strips, both tasted like they had been fried in rancid oil. We were already home and had to throw away the entire order.

Not my usual dairy queen, but I go when in the area. But the past few times the service has gone down. But then the last straw came when I ordered a blizzard and after ordering and pulling up to the window, I sat in my car for at least 5 minutes before they even looked at me. I don’t know what they were doing in there. I paid, but then they gave me the wrong blizzard, so I waited in my car another 5 minutes. By this time there were like 7 cars behind me waiting. And then they handed me the jumbled mess below, if I new that was what they were going to give me, I would not have paid for it. The customer service here has gone down terribly. Won’t be going back. And i advise people to find other locations.

Just ordered a burger and fries. Very disappointed. Fries were pulled too early and the bacon I had added to the burger was barely cooked wet/floppy, buns smashed and way too much sauce. You’d think with that many mess ups they’d hand it to me quick but no. Get ready to wait far too long for something you didn’t even want.

When you get a chocolate craving and you’re 7 months pregnant you send your fiancee to pick it up you at least hope the blizzard comes back right. :/
However for my lunch today that was not the case. Ordered two things, a chicken strip basket with honey mustard dipping sauce and their blizzard of the month triple truffle chocolate blizzard.
The chicken stips were covered in BBQ sauce already? Never seen that before, and they were soggy. My blizzard came as reeces peanut butter cups… and nothing else. Overall a severe dissapointment for my chocolate craving, really dissapointed.
He had to ask for a lid on the Blizzard… in the drive thru, and they didn’t even give me a spoon.
Won’t be back…

I visited this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. A young girl took my order, and her kindness and attentiveness made my experience truly enjoyable. She greeted me with a warm smile and patiently answered all my questions about the menu.
Her recommendations were spot-on, and she seemed genuinely invested in ensuring I had a great meal. I appreciated how she checked in on me during my visit, making sure everything was to my liking. The atmosphere was welcoming, and her friendly demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the place.

The new staff here are rude, unprofessional and have terrible attitudes. I miss the old staff I don’t know why they got rid of them and replaced them with all of these rude women.
