Overall, not great experience. Line was long, but the employees were going fast which was fine. When we got to the front, they informed us that they had no steak or chicken. That is why I came was for a burrito and they didn’t even have the essential protein. The woman was impolite about the whole ordeal as we reevaluated the situation and then proceeded to spend $40 extra because the only option that they had was an $11 dollar burrito vs $8. This was because we had a large order and it adds up. The toilet in the woman’s bathroom wouldn’t flush. I took a picture of the drinks are, it was simply a mess, and all of the tables were very dirty. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I wanted.
Overall nothing terrible happened, but when you go somewhere with expectations for the brand and what you get falls mighty short for the same price, doesn’t leave you wanting to go back.

I’m usually not negative about food places I live but, by far this has been the dirtiest Chipotle have ever been in my life. Food left over in the floor, on tables, the counters inside the food containers like the had a food fight. Very messy. Outside window dirty like the store has been closed for a few months. The food tastes good but, I had second thoughts not to order.

The food was really good, but unfortunately the service was very unkind. When ordering a kids meal, I told one of the workers what I wanted for the sides and asked for an extra side in addition to the three that are included. I clarified by saying, “That one will just be extra on the side, please,” and the worker mumbled under their breath. When I asked them to repeat themselves, they responded, “You should have started with that,” with a very rude attitude. Throughout the rest of the interaction, I was met with deep sighs and dismissive behavior anytime I asked for something, even though I was simply placing my order. I am usually very understanding and rarely have issues when dining out, but being spoken to rudely and having comments muttered under someone’s breath made for an unpleasant experience.

Every single time I come here, they are out of something that goes on my order!! Today was no exception – I ordered a veggie bowl. They were OUT of the VEGGIES, OUT of pico, OUT of sour cream. I ask if “can get a discount because half the items are missing?” – no. “Can I have extra of something else” – no. this Absolute really reminds me of why I never come here anymore. There are grocery stores around everywhere – there’s a Walmart across the street. Send someone over to get what you’re out of.

We did mobile ordering and I went inside to wait for the food. This restaurant was absolutely filthy. Every single eating area was covered in cheese, corn and lettuce as was the floorm. I wish I had taken a picture. If we had gone in to eat we definitely would have turned and left. My bowl was 1/2 full and lacking the vegetables I ordered. The white rice was somewhat under cooked (crunchy) I just can’t understand a national chain restaurant in such need of an overhaul.

All the tables and counters were covered in previous diners’ food…no it was not busy! There was plenty of staff wandering around.I asked for a clean table …..it took 5 mins for the girl who was cashing out, to wipe the table. After telling me to go sit at one of the dirty ones, I told her it had food on it too! She finally came out and cleaned off a two-person table and left the tables next to it covered in food and every other one nearby. She was rude about it. I will never eat here again as I do expect to eat at a clean table or counter. There are so many good restaurants to eat at in Boone. Why bother to come back to a place that is unclean? Nothing about their food was fantastic!

I’ve definitely had better Chipotle experiences. This was my first time at this location (traveling). Upon arrival, I noticed a sign on the door which stated that due to staffing that they were only taking online orders. I don’t fault them for that and I appreciated knowing that before walking in.
Okay, let’s talk about the food. My youngest got a quesadilla kids meal and she said that was the best cheese quesadilla she’s ever had at a Chipotle! She loved how stringy the cheese was. We actually ordered a steak quesadilla but the steak was on the side (unsure if that’s how it normally comes or not). My daughter bit into the steak and said it hurt her teeth. We were eating there and asked for more protein since it was overcooked and switched to chicken. The chicken was fresh and moist and flavorful (I tasted it).
I ordered steak tacos and for the little amount of steak I got, it was severely overcooked. There was no moisture left in that steak. Also, the soft taco shells were not soft. They felt old/stale.
I can’t speak to the friendless of the staff. I saw two people putting orders together and occasionally saw a third person. We were not greeted upon walking inside. I only heard them speak to call out names of orders of people waiting inside for their food. They were however working hard to get orders done.
I personally would not return to this Chipotle.

As a follow-up, we contacted Chipotle, hoping they would make things right. Instead, we received a pitiful amount of points, barely enough to purchase a taco shell. This response is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I would rather my review stand than be misled into thinking the company would resolve the issue, only to be given such a meager and unsatisfactory resolution.

This is supposed to be my honey chipotle chicken bowl with romaine. No romaine. Barely any chicken. Ridiculously tiny portion size. The Boone location is consistently one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to.
