Panera is absolutely amazing! After I visited for the first time, it immediately became my go-to. I’ll talk about the environment later, but first let me talk about the salads. I come for the salads–I don’t get anything else because salads are what I want.
They have a lot of different salads, and they are masterpieces! Each salad has a variety of flavors and textures. They are healthy, filling, and enjoyable to eat. Each salad comes with a free apple or piece of baguette. If you’re needing more protein or grains in your diet, they have salads with those in them.
Can I just mention the environment, too? It’s a super enjoyable cozy environment. It’s got a lot of seating, but there’s such a wide variety of types of seating that half the fun of the visit is choosing where to sit. There are round tables, rectangular tables, booths with benches, a tall counter with chairs, and comfy chairs by the fireplace with side tables.
The way it’s designed, it feels nice and open when you walk in. There are plenty of seats in the middle of the area, but there are also smaller walls making it easy to find a corner to sit in if you’re worried about being overstimulated by seeing the entire restaurant.
There are several ways to order, too, which is awesome! You can go up and talk to a person like in a normal restaurant, you can order at an electronic kiosk, or you can order from your phone on their website or app. If you come regularly and make an account on the app, you can get rewards and deals. They’re pretty good too if you come fairly often.
Last but not least, it never takes very long at all for my food to be ready.
Overall, I’ve been coming nearly every week for a while, and I love it!
P.S. It’s sit down, but it’s not awkward in the slightest coming to eat here by myself.

Went to this location on a rainy day. Perfect weather for their popular broccoli cheddar soup and hot chocolate! The service was quick and the staff was super friendly. It was slow this day which made my experience even more enjoyable because I could read my book with little noise/distraction.

Had the pleasure of meeting Nathan today! I’ve never had someone at Panera take time to really ensure we got exactly what we wanted. What a gem. Sold me a loaf of sourdough and customized my sandwitch exactly to my liking when he saw my puzzled expression. I have never received service like this at a Panera and I really appreciate the attention to detail. What capped it off he came over and ensured I absolutely loved my meal and took my dishes. I will be bringing my husband here and friends moving forward! Thanks Panera! Hold on to this one.

I was hankering for their shortbread cookies. To my dismay they were NOT fresh baked like they used to be. They tasted like old refrigerator. The Mac n cheese was still delicious, but double the price. $11 for Mac n cheese? And the bread was hard and stale tasteless and butter was not given. I’m really disappointed with their quality. Panera has always been known for their fresh food. Not any more! Too expensive for very ordinary poor quality food!

We’d had a long afternoon and needed to sit and relax. Panera on Franklin is an excellent place for just that! You can order exactly what you want from the touch screens or place an order with an employee, either way. Food was fresh, hot, and just what we needed. Plenty of options for anyone. A very relaxing atmosphere!

Really appreciate this store. I go to them every day. I thought the store was open at 7 am on Saturday. They weren’t, however, called the store with my order. Well it’s been a while since I went to a Panera so thought I would try it. The food is not as good as it used to be to be. The soups seamed standard type of soups and the sandwiches are definitely smaller with less proteins in them. I understand the inflation but maybe just stick with a subway sandwich or other kinds of sandwich places to shop locally look for an owner owned to keep the money in our community. They are at 8001 w Franklin’s ( a very heavy traffic area.

I thought Panera was suppose to have good food, good service.
Not when I went, we ordered a breakfast sandwich. Mine had avocado, egg and chicken. When I got home I opened it up. What a mess. Couldn’t taste or see any avocados in it.
Where is the chicken?
The serving size for chicken was so small it wouldn’t cove the roll.
When I pay for a sandwich I expect to have enough ingredients to cover the roll, not a pile in the center.

I’m editing this review only because the service has become so inconsistent. The Last few trips here, they have forgotten the sides and missed adding ingredients to our sandwiches. Still friendly and good food.
We eat here weekly and absolutely love it! We use the app to place our order, pick it up through the drive through, and head home. Quick, convenient, easy!
