Just waited 20 minutes for a drive-thru order that I eventually had to walk into for where I was met with “Here” with a ripped bag of food that fell out on my way out. Awful staff. They care about their “times” but completely forgot about my order. It wasn’t even busy, didn’t need to pull me forward.

I made the mistake of going again. Stood at the counter because I had cash. I was ignored. I waited and waited. I was seen and ignored. I went to the kiosk and couldn’t find the $5 meal. I finally realized they did not have it at this store. Instead it was three items for $7. Again many of our fast food locations are nationally advertised and locally priced.

I tried to order fries, a soda and the chicken sandwich. I got nothing I ordered after 10; minutes trying to order. I left and will never return.

I came in on November 4 and ordered several meals along with a kids meal. Then we get down the road only to find out that it was an incomplete kids meal and not only does my kid not have a drink. They also don’t have other items including their toy. So I was not able to feed my small child the food that I had ordered for them. So I called this location and left a detailed message about what my order was what time I came in and wanted to correct the issue, but nobody ever called me back. I am familiar with the gentleman that’s the manager there and I would never think that I would be treated this way but this is the situation now. It’s been almost 10 days since the incident and still nobody has reached out to me. It’s not OK for a business to charge you for food that they never give you. And I’m upset because it was my toddlers food not mine. So I’m hoping that somebody will reach out to correct this issue because I’m still very upset about it.

It was the worst food and the worst service from a snotty young man named Roy. We got meals and were incredibly disappointed in the size and quality of the lukewarm meat and soggy fries. I immediately called and asked if it would be possible to get a refund because we were unhappy with our purchase and I was told that it would be no problem and to just come through the drive thru before they close. It was about 5 hours later that we were able to return. We went through the drive through and requested the refund we had called about. A foul attitude boy named Roy told us that he would need all the food and the drinks back or else the answer is no! That is why you have to be careful who you hire because one employee like that can put a large dent in annual sales and employee moral.

My wife wanted to Door Dash some Burger King. I told her not to order from the one on Canal in Kennewick. Every time I get food there, there has been something wrong. But, Door Dash goes with the closest location and that’s where she ordered from. Her mother, who is fighting cancer, really wanted a fish sandwich. Unfortunately, in true Canal street Burger King fashion, we got a Spicy Chicken sandwich instead. Which she can’t eat. Therefore, I had to make a quick run to McDonalds for a fish sandwich. Thanks for proving me right.

AVOID THIS BURGER KING, FULL STOP.

Clearly not managing their employees well.
Dude had a TERRIBLE attitude in the drive thru between 7:10-7:20p today 9/27 and he was extremely rude.

Example? When I asked if there was a second bag, he literally closed the window on me. So I checked my bag. This employee, kind of a bigger guy with dark hair, proceeds to open the window again and ask extremely condescendingly, “what are you still doing here? The food IS ALL IN THE BAG!”

I felt weirdly pressured to leave (even though the drive thru was empty) so I left! Get home and I’m missing a double bacon cheeseburger. If we wanted 4 burgers, I would have paid for 4 burgers, NOT FIVE. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this particular BK either.

I just got off shift of a customer facing job, I deal with customers every day. This is not how you interact with them. I’m not “write a review get them in trouble” kinda guy USUALLY, but this dude needs to be fired. Forgetting an item is one thing but messing up the basics such as simple respect is an entirely different one.

If he can’t be professional he shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Absolutely ridiculous and a very bad look on this management. I’ve worked at BK, I know these reviews are looked at. Clearly yall don’t take yours very seriously otherwise this man would actually be trained on how to interact with people.

That or yall have completely checked out, either option is scary considering it is an establishment that serves food to the public. If he can’t check a bag, if he can’t be respectful, who’s to say your cooks are any better? Is the food safe?

All these things are free to be doubted when you hire people like this.

It’s 2025. Fast food is expensive. It is ABSOLUTELY a ridiculous value proposition. It somehow becomes more ridiculous when the employees don’t even give you what you pay for. Even scarier when it’s this evident management of these places just don’t care.

I guess if I wanted to be shown respect I should have just spent another five dollars and gone to Red Robin.

Burger King sucks, the memes are true, and this location is right down there at the bottom with the worst of the worst.

Never would have written this if it wasn’t the millionth time that this location has been debilitatingly incompetent, this is just the first time I was spoken to so disrespectfully.

Worst service at the drive through today at 3:25 p.m. The lady taking our order was extremely rude,we ordered a frosted coke with ice cream and she replied they do not put ice cream in those (mind you we have ordered them many times before). Once.we got the order the sauces were missing. The lack of manners and customer service will keep us from being returning customers. We did drive to Pasco and stopped at their Burger King on Road 68 and shockingly they had no issue putting ice cream. In the frozen coke.
