I was a little disappointed in the food quality when I visited recently. The #1 I got tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and not fresh. The fries and shake were okay, it was just the burger that ruined it. Otherwise, the service was fine, the inside was clean and is pretty calm.

I order a large chicken basket my food was very cold when it arrived and the wait was very long I was very hungry when I received the food so I immediately opened the food up too eat and when I bite into the chicken the chicken was not done at all , they do not cook the chicken all the way they prep cook all they food and when someone order the drop it back in the grease for fresh food and that need too stop because I probably would of never gotten raw chicken … this was suppose too be my dinner now I gotta spend more too eat something else

I haven’t been to DQ in a LONG time, but I just wanted a burger. I went through the drive thru and they do have some nice burger combos.
Being honest I don’t remember the name of my burger, but it was a double. FYI they also have triple burgers WOW! The young lady at window was kind and pleasant.
Ok, the burger was SLAMMING, but the buns were just a little tough( reason for 4 stars), all good. Really I could barely fit the burger in my mouth for a bite! That’s how STACKED it was and VERY tasty! Or maybe I was hungry JK it was really good!
Overall, DQ is not just for ice cream anymore! I will be back when I pass on Main st. I would suggest giving this location a try!

I want to take a moment to recognize Deja, Jayla, Christina, and Theo at Dairy Queen in College Park for going above and beyond in a way that truly touched our family. My mother-in-law experienced a flat tire nearby, and while managing their responsibilities and customers, these incredible employees took the time to check on her and make sure she was okay.
Theo went the extra mile and actually changed her tire so she could make it home safely. That level of kindness, care, and selflessness is rare and speaks volumes about the character of both the staff and this location.
I’ve always been impressed with the customer service whenever I’ve eaten here, but seeing them step up for my family in a moment of need completely blew me away. Thank you to these individuals—and to Dairy Queen—for being such a valuable part of the College Park community. Acts like this truly make a difference.

When I pulled up to the menu board, the cashier immediately asked, “What can I get for you?” with no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. When I arrived at the window, there was still no greeting. The cashier took my card for payment, while she was horseplaying and using profanity with a coworker, this was very unprofessional.
Another employee started bagging my food while wearing a hair bonnet on the frontline, which raised concerns about food safety and hygiene. I waited almost five minutes for a very basic salad (lettuce, tomato, cheese), which included an old piece of chicken tender.
While waiting, I noticed the health inspection score posted was a B, and based on this experience, I can unfortunately understand why.
Customer service, professionalism, and food quality were all below expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both staff conduct and overall service standards.

I’ve come here a few times and overall this is a good DQ location. My order is always correct and the dining area seems clean. It would be nice if the app worked at this location, but it never seems too terribly busy so it’s not time consuming to order in person.

This is the 2nd time I got a blizzard here, and it is always wet and melted. They had a nerve to have an attitude last time I complained. The blizzard is supposed to be thick enough that it can be turned upside down and not fall out. Their blizzards always have a regular top because they are not thick enough to stay in the cup. The New York cheesecake blizzard never has cheesecake chunks in it like the other locations, and it is full of cookie crumbs with 1 strawberry. This location need to be more consistent with their blizzards like the other locations. That’s ridiculous!
