We weren’t able to get reservations for the day we wanted to come but were still accommodated to sit at the bar. The food was amazing! Loved that they had a menu specific for vegetarians!! Highly recommend Nahm for anyone visiting Nelson, recommending making reservations ahead if you are able

The food is absolutely delicious. I think the best meal i have eaten for a long time. Highly recommend Nahm. The food, the drinks, the service and the atmosphere is all 5 star. We ordered pork belly and pad Thai rolls for starters and then Lamb shanks and Crispy cashew nuts with chicken for mains. All the food was amazing. Definitely eat here again.

I just had an amazing meal at Nahm. I had the eggplant nuggets – so good! And the Slow Cooked Pork Belly as a main. This was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. There was so much tender pork that I could do it justice. Everything was presented beautifully. The staff were very gracious and the views impeccable.

I had heard of Nahm for many years and was always told it was exceptional, though I had never considered dining there until recently. I certainly did not expect it to be as outstanding as it was. The food was absolutely incredible, the staff were warm and attentive, and the restaurant itself was beautifully presented. I would have loved to sit outside, but I’ll save that for next time as I will definitely be returning.

Great spot! The food was good, and the cocktails were amazing. We ordered four small plates to share, which was perfect, it let us try a few different dishes, and everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

This was hands down the best meal we’ve had in our 5 months travelling around NZ! We had a duck red curry, the tom yum calamari, coconut chicken skewers and ended off the meal with the banana sticky rice.
the curry is so flavourful and goes amazingly well with the lychee and grapes. the duck was very tender too! It also tastes authentic and we felt like we were brought back to Thailand. the calamari was super fresh and the batter was so light and crispy. it was not rubbery at all. the chicken skewers were also very tender and delicious too. we were stuffed but could not resist ordering dessert – and we’re so glad we did. the warm sticky rice paired with the caramelised banana was a perfect match!
the star of the show was definitely the red curry and the dessert. everything tasted authentically Thai but with a twist! we wish we had more time in Nelson so we could visit again and try everything on the menu.

when we booked they took the courtesy to phone us as a priority for our seating and asked if we would prefer to be outside since it was lovely weather which i thought was amazing on top of the already great service we received. They had such a variety of foods which catered for dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian options. Everything was 10/10 would highly recommend! We had a full three meal course so per person it was reasonably priced.

Possibly the best Thai food Ive ever had. The green curry dish was fantastic and the black pepper steak tips were equally good. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and the steak tips were tender and juicy. The wait staff were prompt, professional and friendly. Great food, lovely view, perfect combination. Highly recommended.
