I wish I could do less then a star, I don’t understand the lack of care from a person that would serve garbage like this, spent over 50$ on an order for this to be sent out the door. I’ve been in food service industry for over 16 years, and have always stood by whatever food I sold, including pizza a lifetime ago. The damn basics is cutting it.

I have been having the WORST experience with this location the last couple of times me and my family ordered from them!! But last night was the worst. I ordered pizza for my family and when i say both pizzas were extremely DRY is an understatement. Each time I called the guy who answered was very quick to tell me that he was not taking any orders on the phone and was like all orders would be two hours long. But when I went and ordered it in line it said 45 to 50 min for the wait it was like he didn’t want us to place the order. Then when I called back just to see if my order was ready for pickup, he again started the conversation off with we are not taking orders I was like sir I ordered on line and need to know if it’s ready. He’s response was yes. So my husband went out to the location to pick up our pizza and when he brought it home the pizza both look like it had been sitting up for hours. It was so dry and old looking. And the only reason I refused to ask my husband to go back out was because it was still icey and slippery on our street dye to the Snow and Ice. But I am very very disappointed in this Pizza Hut Location and the service we received 1/30/2026 at 9pm cst

I wish for once this location would cook the pizza until it’s done or at least follow my instructions for “well done”. Today I placed an order and had to return it because they put the wrong toppings on the pizza. How does one even confused the toppings. No apology or offers to remake.

I placed a delivery order at this Pizza Hut location and paid for it over the phone. I was told my order would take about 45 minutes. However, when the driver arrived, they informed me that payment was still due. I showed the driver proof of my transaction showing the order had already been paid.
The driver then contacted a live agent, who confirmed that my order was paid for, but the employee who took my order entered it incorrectly in the system. The driver was instructed to return the order to the store and told me to contact the store directly.
When I called back and explained the situation, I was advised to speak with the manager, Norah. He stated that it would take 5 to 7 business days to resolve the issue, which I felt was unreasonable since the mistake was not mine. I suggested that they simply remake and deliver my order, and he agreed.
After waiting another hour, I called again and was told that if I wanted my food, I would have to pick it up myself, even though the manager had said the issue would be taken care of. I asked to speak with someone above the manager and was told I could not speak to the general manager until the next day.
This experience was extremely disappointing. My family went without dinner because of a mistake made by the store, and the issue was handled very poorly. I will not be purchasing from or recommending this location in the future

I would like to start off by saying this location has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. I was having a small gathering at my house and wanted to order something quick & simple. Well, let me tell you that the Dinner Box with cheese sticks and bone-in wings DID NOT disappoint. The pizzas were hot, tasty and fresh. My pizza toppings were pepperoni and bacon. Traditional wings were a 12/10!!!! (crispy and fried to perfection). I got the wings in buffalo medium flavor. Last but certainly not least, the cheese-sticks were top-tier…I was so amazed with the quality of this dish. My overall rating for this entire experience is a 100/10!! Thanks Pizza Hut in Hornlake for doing your BIG ONE!! If you are in the area, don’t walk, RUNNNNNN and check these folks out. Impressed is an understatement.

Terrible. I tried giving them another shot, but after tonight…NEVER again. There were a lot of customers tonight who were NOT happy. The wait, the clueless cashier, the lady yelling in the back, they messed up my order along with others, and the wait was horrible. Even if you ordered online, we had to wait. Sorry Pizza Hut but I think you’ve lost quite a few customers tonight.

If you don’t have time to waste then don’t come here at all! I don’t care what day or time I come, my order is never ready at the time it’s supposed to be ready. On several occasions they’ve given my order to someone else and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. All I’ve ever gotten is a sorry and they just don’t try to do better. There is never an adult on duty, always teenagers. Whenever I requested to speak to the manager and have them to call her in front of me, no one answers the phone. Either train your staff on professionalism and customer service or shut it down for good. I shouldn’t order my food at 5:10 pm and still be waiting for it at 6:25pm because it’s not ready. Do better!

Store Manager Shambrica was amazing. We had a big order of 25 pizzas and she worked with us gladly! Pizzas were ready within 30 minutes after ordering. Great customer service and highly recommend!!

On Friday evening My Mother came to this location to pick a pizza for her and my kids, she said the pizza was dry and missing cheese, she said there was very nice young lady helped her and all of a sudden, My Mom said this nice nasty African American Manager yalonda came and interrupted the nice lady who already helped her, long story short My Mom is a diabetic and was needing to eat and this manager Yolanda with curly locs was very very out of order, she wouldn’t give my mom the replacement pizza that the other young had promised instead she told my mom she can have a refund because she wasn’t going to make the pizza over, Needless to say we had no problem at Marcos pizza but to the nasty attitude lady with the locs, I’ll see u soon..

Ms Sham and Noah were a phenomenal team! Wow. I’ve never had such great service at a Pizza spot and so early in the morning. Food was hot, fast, and delicious. I’m so grateful to know folks are still doing great business.
