I ordered a cheesesteak tonight via door dash. It came with very little meat. Maybe 3 little pieces of onion and NO CHEESE! I have a picture. It was an epic failure!
This was delivered by DoorDash. Charlie’s did not answer their phone. Allowed to ring 37 times. I contacted DoorDash and sent them a picture. I told them the store did not answer their phone. DoorDash refunded the cost of this poor excuse of a sandwich. Never again will I ever order anything from this place. Look at the sandwich that was delivered. Really… what excuse could they possibly have to put that in a box for delivery!

Everything was good till I looked at my receipt. They threw a tip on my receipt without any consent. Also, they do not provide table service or any kind of service industry staples so why the tip? The sandwich was good enough where I was definitely coming back but now there is no way. Because of their greed, those two dollars are going to have go a long way. I thought the price was a little on the high side, but figured it was just the current state of inflation. Once I got home and looked at the receipt properly, I realized the problem. What gets me so angry is that they may as well have reached into my pocket and pulled it out regardless of the amount. A warning to any of you who have gone there and still have your receipt, check it out because you would definitely charge fifteen percent on your bill including tax including tax.

Service was good however the cheesesteak lacked meat and cheese. Mine was essentially all bread! If this was a $5 sandwich, cool however this wasn’t the case. Won’t be returning even though cashier was nice.

First time here and last. We ordered the food to eat at the place and although the food was good. We were asked to be seated somewhere else because another client needed the table for him and his family. Totally understandable but I’m pregnant too. When my friend and I got there it was packed and the tables we sat at were the only ones available, as the people started to leave there were two tables available and ours was in the middle. I understand everyone wants to be seated but very rude to be asked in the middle of you eating your meal. As soon as I stood up the kid moved the table. Please teach your kids to be patient as well.

I’ve been to other locations and they were all horrible! This one was clean, the service was fast, but Not only was the service fast the food was perfect. The last ones I went to barely had any chicken on them and I got the chicken. California cheesesteak. A small one only because I wanted to try at each location. When I tell you the one at the Bergen Mall is by far the best one and they are the friendliest people and they look happy to be there unlike other places! Not only that, it was a full sandwich. It wasn’t a teaspoon of meat on a small that was shoved to one side and then loaded with cheese and ranch instead of actually putting the good ingredients on it. Hands down. Best location I’ve been to! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

We dined at this location tonight and can only say the most wonderful things from all of our meals being cooked well & were delicious. The restaurant is kept extremely clean. Even better it’s family, locally run! They were so kind & just love what they do. I highly recommend stopping over & enjoying their meals, sweet disposition & yummy meals
