I’ve visited this location several times before, and always been satisfied with Food, Service, and Atmosphere, but earlier this evening I visited for the first time in weeks, and was for the first time not satisfied.
The reason I wasn’t satisfied, was because on entering the restaurant, I immediately smelled body odor.
I wasn’t sure where it was coming from, but it didn’t take long to trace the owner, as a young, long haired gentleman employee approached me, and escorted me to my seat.
The young man was polite, respectful, and friendly, but he absolutely stank.
It was very off-putting, and kind of ruined my meal.
I mean it is what it is – it’s BO, and it’s really very intrusive…disgusting.
I don’t however blame the young man for not bathing, but I do blame the Manager who allowed the employee to serve the public, stinking as he so obviously did.
To me that is very poor Management, as it’s ignorant, rude, and disrespectful to customers.
If I were the Manager, I would’ve asked the employee to go home, bathe, change clothes, and return just as soon as possible – instead of completely ignoring the situation.
I actually know the District Manager well enough to speak to him about this, but I’m not going to.
However, I’m also not going to return to this location anytime soon, for fear of having another meal ruined.
I just hope in time this matter will be addressed by the so-called Manager of that location, and not simply ignored.
Maybe sometime in the New Year, I’ll return, but for now I’ll have to drive out of my way to another location – if I want to go down on the farm.

I had a fantastic dinner at Bob Evans tonight. The food was scrumptious and generous. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, sausage links, my wife order eggs and toast, and the French toast. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh. The biscuits were soft and flaky, the gravy was creamy and savory, the sausage was juicy and flavorful, the eggs were fluffy and moist, the toast was crispy and buttery, and the French toast was sweet and decadent. I especially loved the maple syrup and the whipped cream on the French toast.
The service was also outstanding. Our server, Lexi, was friendly and attentive. She welcomed us with a smile and took our orders quickly. She checked on us often and refilled our drinks without being asked. She also gave us some great suggestions for what to try next time. She was very professional and courteous.
I highly recommend

Came here on Veterans Day and was disappointed we heard everyone who was seated after us asked if they are a veteran except we weren’t asked. Not sure if because we weren’t wearing a Vietnam hat and are under the age of 75.. We forgot who our waitress was because she never came back after giving the food and check immediately and we waited a very long time to ask for a box and then let them know my husband is a veteran. The check still didn’t look right and it had to be corrected a second time for the veteran special.. disappointed with the service.

Usually I do breakfast at Bob Evan’s but decided to do dinner. I got roast beef, mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. My wife got fried chicken and biscuits. My grand daughter got a kids meal of grilled chicken and roll and fruit with chocolate milk. The roast beef was not too bad and would have been better on toast or in a breakfast bowl. The mashed potatoes were lame and runny. My wife’s chicken wasn’t bad and was an ample portion of two breast. Fortunately one went to my daughter because the chicken looked like a very thin and small slice of chicken rolled roast. The best part of her meal was the chocolate milk, yeast roll, and cookie. I have the B.E. App and didn’t see the QR code to scan in to get credit for the meal. Fortunately the waitress noticed the numbers under the bar code and that worked. Service was good but the food was slow coming out.

You guys are just pouring pancake syrup on the bacon and calling that “blue ribbon bacon” if I wanted pancake syrup on my bacon I’d order the cheaper regular bacon and do it myself. This has happened a few times. It sucks because the original blue ribbon bacon is delicious. I’m not a huge fan of the maple syrup. What gives. I remember when it was literally candied bacon.

This is some of the worst I have ever had in my life Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money. It’s awful.! I couldn’t even eat my dinner. It was so bad when they asked me about how my food was. I was honest and all the girl did was laugh. I understand now why it’s empty. No one is eating there.

Service was good. Asked for crisp bacon it was not crisp it was limp. Hashbrowns were not crisp as they usually are they were greasier than they usually are also. Hamburger from kids meal was crispy ? Toast was brought and was cold by time my other food came. This bobs is hit or miss on food. Usually asked at register how food was I wasn’t asked today and had young kids with me so didn’t take time to share at the restaurant.

Family favorite for many different reasons. Food is always good. Only issue is that ever since covid (yes, I know it’s been a minute) service is just a little slower, even when the resturaunt is not very busy. But the staff seem to always be in great moods and very pleasant!
