Really good overall experience here! It’s very hard to find quality, healthy food at mall food courts so I was very shocked to come across this restaurant. The chicken was very good and a nice big portion. The sides were also tasty and healthy, and at a very good price.

The food lacked flavor. I bought quarter leg chicken and one pork sausage. When I did try to order another protein, one of the persons said no, I had to order a side. I steped back, and said ‘ohw, I didn’t know,’ she shrug her shoulders and began to turn away. There was another young lady there asked me’ if I still wanted sides?”I said “no thanks”. I took what I ordered said thank you and left.

The worse fast food experience I’ve ever had. The cashier was extremely rude and sarcastic. She apparently didn’t speak English and didn’t care to explain how they would let me know my food is ready since they didn’t give me the device as to other customers. After that she laughed at me when I said she was rude. The other lady said she didn’t speak English and there was no manager on site. No surprise they reviewed so low. On top of everything the steak is tasteless.

I know this is fast food, and to think that these places don’t deserve 5 stars is so far from reality.
This place was very busy in the food court and now I know why…the food quality is probably the best in the food court. If you’re looking for something that’s fast food but they grill the steaks from scratch, this is your place.
No burgers sloopily served food thrown inside a box…this was on another level and will be my go to whenever I’m at Sawgrass in this food court.
5/5 $19.95 Picanha with 2 sides, was a little thick to cut with the provided plasticware, but they ended up cutting the steak in small pieces. I chose white rice and boiled yuca which was my favorite. Everything was full of flavor and just unexpected in a food court.
If you look around to see what the other options are, this is a no brainer. But the best part of my whole experience is the service. The ladies in the front were so very friendly and ready to serve me. I absolutely love this place!

When it comes to food found at courts within malls, I gotta say this has been the greatest experience. I got the BBQ Chicken plate which came with two sides of your choice. The flavour of BBQ sauce on the chicken was not too sweet and the chicken was grilled well, not much fat. Steamed vegetables were also good and sat well in the stomach. The brown rice with cayenne sauce on the side was great. Ladies were very nice and offered a sample of the BBQ Chicken. The price was also reasonable for the amount of food given.

I wanted to share a recent experience at Argentina Grill in Sawgrass Mills that, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired due to the service. The cashiers displayed an unprofessional attitude that impacted not only my experience but also that of others around me.
For clarity, one of the cashiers was blonde with green eyes, and the other was brunette, and both were Colombian rather than Argentinian—worth mentioning since the restaurant markets itself as an Argentinian establishment. Both cashiers seemed genuinely unhappy working there, and this affected their interactions with customers. When my mom asked a simple question about how the food was served, they responded with an unpleasant and dismissive tone, making both her and my husband feel unwelcome.
When we picked up our order, they did not hand the food to us politely but rather placed it down carelessly, almost as if tossing it. Customer service is a fundamental part of the dining experience, and it’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of care, especially in a place with the potential to offer a unique cultural experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve service for future guests.

The cashier Gisella had very poor customer service, they took over half an hour for a medium well beef and she was giving away food to a friend of hers for free. The meat was cooked well done despite being ordered otherwise and their attitude was very rude. The meat was also hard.
