I usually love Johnny Rockets. Burger was good but had way overcooked fries and they refused to remake them, wanting to charge me an extra 5.35 for new order. Already overpriced in the casino and shitty customer service to boot? Wish I could give negative stars

My first time eating Johnny Rockets! I originally went over there for Nathan’s hot dog. But, they where no longer there. So, since I have never had Johnny Rockets I’ll give them a try! Walked up to the counter and the young lady Jevel just looked at me. I said to her this is my 1st time in. I want this burger with chili cheese fries. And I was pointing at the picture. Do you have this has a combo? She said no! Ok, well that’s what I want and no drink. She said Do you want to make it a combo? No just the burger has seen on the picture with chili cheese fries. She swiped my card and I tipped. I got home and realized there were no onion rings on my burger!
Just plain onion. The food was good. But, next I will check my food before leaving.

Food was as expected, wait was very very long. Had 40 minutes and we almost missed bingo, so we had to bring the food in with us. The guy at register was nice but kept having to go to the line to help. Please get more staff!

Please do not go to this establishment. We went on Wednesday there was no wait and one worker was like I’m coming 15 minutes later she came & made us shakes that tasted like sugar water very thin. So please tell me why we waited so long and noone else was there! Shakes and service was terrible

The young man Matthew working July 3 2025 is exceptional and deserves and deserves a raise. He helped a disabled customer by bringing the food to the customer. He was a one man team running every station almost by himself.

I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes to place my order because of a $100 order. Wait… what? 30 minutes to place an order. Apparently the person on the grill wanted to keep her grill clean versus actually cook. It wasn’t even close to closing? $100 order at the prices you charge is like 6 maybe 7 burgers not including extras or sides? To the female cook working on Mother’s Day, You’d never make it in an actual restaurant putting up numbers like that. Super disappointing. Never going back. Shame too, I really liked Johnny Rockets.

They need to update their hours online. I was staying at the Aliante casino and on the website it showed it was open until 10PM but when I got there at 9:05 they were closing up. When I asked them what time they close, they told me 9:00PM
