I liv in Daleville and love to purchase locally. The last 4 times I have went there, they a messed up my order or not include something they charged me a sur-charge for , That’s a 100% bad experience over the last three months . I drove back and told the employee and told them they needed to get there stuff together . He told me he wasn’t gone get cussed out and slammed the drive-thru window . At this point, all i can say is bad service and I want be back .The food was ok after waiting 20 plus minutes , Service was horrible.

This is definitely the best fast food joint in Daleville. The Bo Bites are always delicious. The ff are always good. The Bo Rounds are delicious however there is sometimes a wait for them but its worth it. The sweet tea is so good I buy the half gallons as well. Always friendly service. Clean inside.

The service was great and the food was hot and tasted fresh and it was around 2. usually most places u get left over food from what they cooked for lunch. This definitely wasn’t the case. It tasted great and never had such good service at a fast food restaurant especially in Daleville. The staff was great. i think the lady on duty who i think might was a manager training someone new and she was just great and super sweet. Me and my pastor ended up spilling our drinks all
over the clean floor. instead of getting the mop for us .she actually cleaned up our spills. 5 stars and thank you Bojangles for the good food and service! Me and my family will definitely be back and i recommend this Bojangles out of all the chicken places in the area.

Just kinda ok the most notable thing is breakfast but as far as the chicken it’s underwhelming. The dirty rice and red beans was probably the best for lunch.

Controversial opinion but… I would argue that this Bojangles is probably the best fast food in the Daleville-Enterprise area (I know… even better than CFA). The biscuits are amazing and the combos are so cheap! We’ve never been disappointed by this place. Make sure to ask for the honey mustard sauce. Give it a shot and I’m willing to bet you might consider this instead when the CFA queue is too long.

Lady at drive thru said the food would take 12 mins, but we waited over 20. Had us pull over to the side and the cars that ordered AFTER us got their food before we did, even though we only ordered two chicken sandwich meals. Also ordered a sweet potato pie which they forgot. Paid extra for large soda only for it to be 90% ice, with a huge chunk in the center which is why my straw couldn’t get through before I realized. Only had a few sips before the soda was gone. I understand that you get very busy but at the very least I would appreciate that you double check my order for a second, give a decent amount of soda, and at least say a quick “sorry about the wait” when handing over the food. Don’t like to leave a negative review, but it’s just how it went.

I was first skeptical of getting the grilled chicken salad due to the popularity of the fried chicken- but it was amazing! Tons of chicken and fresh lettuce and veggies. Very friendly service!
