Im not sure what happened here. I eat taco bell alot and never has my food tasted this way. I ordered two cantina crispy chicken tacos and a plain bean burrito. Some how all three items tasted the exact same, like straight chemicals. I only had one bite of the burrito and immediately had to pull over. I dont know what was in it but it burnt my throat (not from heat, feels kinda like a chemical burn?). Just want to give everyone a heads up. Normally its pretty alright but every thing was off including the drink.

Didnt pay attention to what I ordered and I got the all of the wrong things not one thing I ordered was in my box when I got home and checked, then they didn’t want to answer the phone after calling like a thousand times. Would not recommend getting anything from this taco bell. I would give it a lower rating if I could.

I come through once maybe twice a week and order breakfast. I order the same thing every week. The girl that takes my order is rude. I tell her I want hot sauce. And then when I get to the window. I ask again for hot sauce and she says it’s in the box. Well when I look in the box, I do see some hot sauce so I drive off. By the time I get to work I look in the box and it’s hot sauce that’s opened and already been used. And then I don’t even get just hot sauce. Like she gives me all kinds of sauces instead of the one I wanted. Like give the customer what they wanted and ordered. And then the fact that she gives me used sauces is a health violation/protocol. Don’t give your customers something that you wouldn’t like to get or receive. On top of that, I don’t get hot hot food. Like the Cinnabons were cold. At least give hot food out.

I would rate it lower if I could this is now the 3rd time in the past week I have gotten ice cold food and every time I try to call to see what I can do to get it fixed they just let the phone ring like they did tonight I have called 7 times with no answer. And they always can never seem to get an order correct like they can’t read or something. Don’t recommend going here as I won’t be anytime soon unless they can figure out how to do their job because I’m not paying 18 dollars for cold food.

Terrible taco bell. Says there open till 3am. And when you pull up at 2:15 there hiding inside the store like there closed. Dude was in there tweaking out. Why say your open late when your not going to follow your own hours.

Nachos cheese fries were only half full couldn’t get pic of it my 6yr old was already in them. Also upset about less than half full guacamole with the chips. Seriously 3$ for two dips!!
