I’m a loyal customer. Ordered online my 4 sandwiches toasted. Brought my sandwiches home. NONE WERE TOASTED.
I called to speak to the manager. Instead of an immediate apology and thanks for letting me know. This manager infers that after 67 years of living and 30 years as a registered nurse, I don’t recognize toasted or not and thinks that I would like. Hi employees, in the background, insisted the sandwiches were toasted.

Nice place to grab a quick bite for lunch. The guy who fixed my sub was friendly and the sandwich was fresh. Didn’t realize Subway has a new menu but I tried the #4 as recommended by one of the employees and it was delicious. Such a great experience for a lunch bite.

Every time I come I feel like I am bothering the worker to make my subs. I have to ask for things twice. She was very cranky today as the last time I was in. Food taste fine. The management just needs to train staff better or monitor the employee’s

Like fresh oxygen! Jack and Danny super helpful with promotional offer. Kudos to them. Superb customer service. On a different visit my sub sandwich maker James was a pleasant surprise. We discussed current events while he was quickly making my meatball sub. A very astute young man. Very respectful of my quirky requests ie. Cutting the sub into thirds. An asset to the restaurant. Glad I went there. Food was great!!!

Been in multiple times and always had really good food for a Subway location. The employees were very kind but the speed in which food was made has been slow across my past few visits and the floors were a little stickier than they probably should be. However, the food made is good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Ordered two 6 inch sandwiches through the mobile app. The bread was so stale it was crunchy. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know and no one answered the phone. I won’t be going back to this location again. The only good Subway restaurant in the area is the North Olmsted location on Lorain in Bentley Coe Plaza.

Did my first online order today. My order included 5 subs, lunch for the people in my office. Out of 5 subs, basically 4 of them were wrong. I got a sweet onion teriyaki and under special instructions I asked for extra sauce and for all the sauce to be on the side. The sauce was not only on it, there was sooo much extra sauce the bottom of my entire bun was a soggy mess. I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get.
Also, the toppings I chose are NOT the toppings I got. One of my co-workers chose vinegar and oil and it was put on the wrong sub. The third sub was completely wrong. Every single vegetable topper was wrong. 3 subs were not supposed to be toasted but all 5 were. I chose this location because a co-worker told me it was better then the location on Lorain Road, and honestly I am disappointed. The only good part was the bag of chips and cookie, but the cookie was a little on the stale side.

Got 2 steak and cheese subs from the rocky river , Ohio location. Subs are both ice cold and soggy. Uber driver was good with the timeline but subway workers did a poor job. Would like a refund. This isn’t the first time and the steak and cheese are supposed to be hot or at least warm , not cold.
