Great food. Highly recommend reservations because we waited a while (45 minutes) to be seated, but it was worth the wait. The server was efficient, but we felt she could have been friendlier. Authentic Italian food. Garlic knots are delicious!

Always a nice time at the great impasta. Love their new location with much bigger seating area and wheelchair accessible entrance. Nice spacious and clean bathrooms. Love their Victoria salad 🙂

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! We have always loved the great impasta and get take out from them weekly but after this experience I am sad to say we won’t be returning. We went for dinner on a Tuesday night and as soon as the hostess found out our party included multiple children they immediately started treating us differently. Both hostesses working that night stood at the bar and glared/pointed at us through our entire dinner (keep in mind our children were sitting reasonably quiet in their seats or on our laps). They made it clear that we were not welcome there from the beginning. While I do enjoying their food, the hostility we received from the staff was not worth it. On a side note, a member of our party received what looked like part of a plastic bag in their salad.

I was really excited to come in as I had heard great things for years. The Peroni was good and the mozzarella was good. After that things took a turn. My wife’s minestrone soup came out Luke warm. The bread knots were hard/stale and just coated in butter/oil with no flavor. My risotto was over cooked and mushy and swimming in butter/oil. The scallops weren’t seared properly. My wife’s pasta was swimming in “sauce” that did not cling to the pasta at all. I tasted it and could tell the alcohol in the wine hasnt been cooked out.
What a bummer.
Also they didn’t even have a pool table.
🙁

We’ve ordered takeout and gotten different things each time hoping it would be better, but the food is just bland. I’ve heard maybe things have changed since they moved locations; sadly never got to try out the old one on Main street. I think this most recent order will sadly be our last. Pomelia is a fantastic alternative in the area for pasta/Italian, their mushroom pasta is to die for…they just don’t have DoorDash

Good food and nice vibe. We were the only customers there, and the service was great. Food isn’t the most authentic or best, but prices are actually reasonable so that makes up for it. Garlic knots, not too heavy on the garlic which I like

The food was excellent, service was wonderful. Our only complaint was the loudness of the restaurant. It is all hard surfaces and needs something to dampen the sound. Everything echoes!

Being told a few minutes turned into 40. I don’t mind waiting but would have appreciated an honest estimate of wait time. Chicken parm was tasty although the chicken was a bit dry. The garlic knots were not baked long enough.

Called ahead and had a 20 min wait or so when we got there, not bad considering how crowded they were.
The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our server was Anna, and she was wonderful.
The food was descent. My boyfriend wasn’t a big fan of the food but my salad and carbonara were delicious.

Love the ability to order more than five different gluten-free entrees! Vegetarians have choices too. The new owners have kept the best of this long running Italian restaurant and added some of their own touches. The garlic knots are amazing and now each diner is given one white and one whole grain .
Bring your friends and family because everyone can order something. Bathrooms are still in the back so you get to see and smell the great food.
