After starting a new job in this town, I went to Wendy’s for supper to relax and to talk to my wife on the phone, but the music was so loud we could not have a conversation and when I asked the manager if he could turn it down, he replied that the other manager has it locked so that only she can adjust. When I inform my wife that they refuse to lower the volume to a reasonable level she told me to either go to McDonald’s or not talk to her tonight at all. So right now I’m going to McDonald’s which is just across the street he has a lot more friendly employees and better service.

9am Store is closed on 1/28/26! No signs up stating any information. I could see people working inside and cars in parking lot. Waited at intercom for 5 mins before I pulled to drive through window, for the guy to unlock the window and tell us they are closed until 10am due to weather, but they have employees there, 3 vehicles. And the drive thru was clearly plowed free of snow.

Can’t go lower than 1 star or I would. Out of all beef products, lettuce and tomato. Charges for extra sauce when all I requested was a ranch packet due to checking my sandwich and it was missing. Soda flatter than a female tennis player. Wosrt experience period. Owner should be ashamed and made to drink that horribly flat soda or should I say just syrup.. DONT STOP HERE!

Hello Wendy’s! I do not like giving bad reviews but oh lord! Y’all’s workers AND your service are slow. Not 3 people are in the parking lot and 2 cars in drive through, and tell me why it took 30 mins in the drive through do get some nuggets and a drink. And I had also politely asked for a dipping sauce to go with my nuggets (that were cold) and they did not give it to me. So I asked for some after receiving my order and these boys told me it’ll be 50¢!! For 1!

I put in a mobile order when I left the house and got to the store and the fries were already bagged up on the counter. We waited another 6 minutes for the burgers and the fries were cold and tasted old. Requested 3 burgers a specific way and got them regular. I did request no ice in my drink, which they were happy to do as they stated fixing the drinks just before the burgers, if they would have got my drink right. I know it’s been a while since I worked fast food but aren’t fries supposed to be up towards the end of the process so they are hot? I thought Wendy’s advertised for the fresh food? Why such a little piece of lettuce? Where’s the quality for customers paying $10+ for a meal? Where was the manager on shift?

The slowest damn restaurant in all of Batesville during lunch rush hour. I can get quicker service at a sit down restaurant. Absolutely no point in trying the drive through and walking in isn’t much faster. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Went here to get lunch with my family Tuesday and spent 15 minutes waiting in lobby. Lady in front of us asked why no one else was taking orders then asked for manager. Manager said drive thru was more important than people in lobby. Lady pointed out that there were 5 employees standing around and nobody was doing anything, and that also since cars kept going to drive thru it could be an hour before lobby was served. Manager said that’s just the way it is and at that point everyone waiting in line decided to leave. Cannot rate food as never got close to that point but the attitude and service was horrendous. If the owner reads this changes need to be made to your crews.

This was the best fast food service I’ve ever had! The food was amazing, the employees were friendly and lighthearted, and it made an overall positive atmosphere. While I was waiting for my Frosty, a song I liked came on and I did a silly dance to it. An employee with ‘James’ on his name tag danced with me from behind the counter, and it absolutely made my entire month! Best birthday ever!! I highly recommend this place next time you’re in Batesville!!

Slowest place to get dinner, workers standing around not doing a damn thing 2 cars in the lot we haven’t moved for 20 mins not even gonna have time to eat our food absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never been so aggravated
