Went in around 9:25pm long story short I was trying to make sure the order was correct by repeating it back and she told me I know how to take orders I’m a manager. She then stated I’m the one making your food seemingly to say she can do something to it. I then asked for her name she said I’m not giving you my name so I took a picture. Very rude as a manager and no I did not want to get the food from there anymore after she in a round about way said she can do something to it. I don’t get a name but I got a picture which I have provided. This is a sure way to lose business when MANAGERS don’t even display professional etiquette. Picture not the best because she ran off knowing she did wrong

There needs to be a way for an Uber Eats or any other delivery driver to check the order before taking. It’s great that a restaurant seals the bag, but no way for the driver to check and make sure everything is there. I was missing part of my order. If the weather wasn’t an issue, I’d have the driver go back.

This location closes at 12am. We pulled into the parking lot there were 3-4 employees outside smoking, chatting having a good time. Before getting a chance to order, one of the employees yelled out ” you’ll be in line all night because we’re closed!” (Being that we live extremely close to this location, we know the hours pretty well) We responded, “it’s only 11:30″ He then said ” well that’s the time we close” and joined rejoined his group.

Was in here for a lunch. I felt like sitting in the dining room i was bring stared at. I know racism is an issue, but in an eclectic neighborhood? I went here because ALL TOLEDO McDonald’s, including the one almost next door are awful. However, was not 1-star.

This place is a joke! They claim to open at 7am every morning for last 2-3 days I attempted to get breakfast (b4 I read reviews and saw food is nasty and health hazard) but evertime I do no one answers the speaker but yet it’s 6-7cars in the lot and people inside starring at u like ur crazy…uhh hello can u answer the speaker and take my order!! That of course would be too much like right. But today was the last day as I saw them starring at me in the drive thru n instead of saying we’re not ready or something. Just save ur time and avoid this location not worth the time!!

I love indulging in fast food, but I have to say, my recent visit to this location was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, my family and I won’t be coming back for another meal here. We waited in the drive-thru for a little while, only to find out our order was incorrect. The staff member at the window seemed a bit uninterested in providing good customer service. It really shouldn’t be that complicated to order a large #1 meal and a regular #6, right? But my #1 came with bacon, and my #6 had pickles, neither of which we asked for. To top it off, the fries tasted overcooked and possibly hours old. I decided to head back to Wendy’s to sort things out, but I noticed the staff seemed a bit disorganized. While the manager did help fix my sandwiches (only), there was no further acknowledgment of the mix-up or even an apology for the inconvenience.

I came to this Wendy’s during the morning hours and I couldn’t hardly place my order the guy that was taking my order said he was the general manager, he was very flirty and wasn’t getting my order right, then a couple of the girls that was behind the counter just stood around and not doing anything but looking at their phone, that’s bad business, once I got my order it still wasn’t correct, so I requested a refund from the so called general manager, once again in the process of getting my refund the general manager kept flirting with me and didn’t even apologize for getting my order wrong. I won’t be back at this Wendy’s. I’m gonna report that general manager, that was sexual harassment, you should be conducting business, not trying to get in my pants.

This place is just not it employees seem to just be doing the best they can to get thru there shifts very unorganized and always staff complaining about how they should have bn off n personal stuff that just shouldn’t be discussed in front of customers. Not professional for a business but not horrible customer service is decent in my experience but for other customers when I’m there not so much. Needs vast improvement and older staff to support the majority of young staff. Food does suffer from the mess that is this Wendy’s and they constantly forget stuff but will make good when told something isn’t right so definitely has potential.

Let me stop here. Just don’t eat or get anything here. If you care about your chances of getting a disease, both the employees and Manger do not care about you .Report this place to Ohio health department. This place doesn’t follow any health rules like washing your hands after smoking and much more hopeful together we can shut these places. Watch out for the power hungry Manger who is the most unprofessional and should never have been Manger . No wonder this place turnover rate is so high.
