Absolutely terrible! I have a 13 Hour drive just wanted to grab some quick food. I placed my order at 10:20 and they were supposed to open at 10:30. I waited outside and even knocked on the door while the staff stare at me very rudely until 10:45 I went next-door to Jersey Mike’s. A refund was issued after I called to complain. I then left Jersey Mike’s with my food after five minutes and the people were still waiting outside chipotle. Absolutely ridiculous.

01/01/26 I was at this location at 3:45 I asked for chicken the employee must not heard me and gave me a steak instead, no big deal
When I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for steak instead, I approached the “manager” explained to her, she gave me an attitude like I did it in person, she then ignored me and went and helped someone else first instead!
Better training needed, I love chipotle, not this location anymore!

The restaurant said they don’t see my pick up order and told me to contact support. They didn’t give me the food although i showed them the app on my phone and they confirmed everything was correct. They told me in a bad attitude as well, repeating the same thing that they can’t do anything about it. I had my whole family wait for me in the car during this incident. i order from this location regularly. im so disappointed at how chipotle handles these incidents and treats their customers.

Worst experience. Manager refused to give water unless i pay for soft drinks. Smart way to show increase revenue to their investors. Reached out to corporate, simply no feed feedback. Chipotle going down every year. After 2015 salmonella breakout, double their prices. Manager trying to squeeze out of customers whatever they can to show upper management that store is doing good revenue. ABSOLUTELY ripping off customers. What if something happens to customers while consuming food and dont get water as they cannot pay for it. CHIPOTLE needs to care about customers. 2015 salmonella infections , passing cost to customers and showing management for revenue.

This place is consistently a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I’ve seen more food available in a pantry kitchen on skid row. This place quite literally never has food available. You could walk in and all the meats are not available hours before closing.

The worse employee I just encountered, she had the worse attitude was not patient and was not speaking loud enough for my group to hear. She threw the plate and said “whatever”. It’s a fast food place, if you don’t have the rhythm and capability to work at such capacity I wouldn’t even be on a front line – client facing serving customers.
The worse experience I’ve had here thus far with this specific individual. She was the only girl in the serving in the front line at 1:49p.
Leo, her counterpart was the nicest and most apologetic for her horrible behavior.
She shouldn’t be working there if she’s truly that miserable.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle for a while as I live down the street. Today I ordered the normal order for my hunny which is hard shell tacos and sides literally on the side so that the tacos don’t get soggy. Today they decided to charge for the normal sides I get, I asked why and the manager who has been there for about a month or 2 said she received some special training and they’re trained to charge extra for sides. I mentioned that she must be new cause I have never ever been charged extra. She made a comment saying that she needs to make a profit. Like girl thats just so professional, I would have expected professional response coming from a manager. So I paid for my sides but I made sure I “made my profit “ in utensils. Thanks Jenn you stocked up my work break room at work so we can save on profits as well. New management sucks and my family will not be supporting her profits.

Just came with my sister and my mom the girl on the line was a really rude and threw my mom’s plate and said whatever. She had a nasty resting face I wish I would gotten her name. She needs to learn that even though there was a rush. Customer service should always be there. If she simply can’t handle it she should not work there. Leo was very nice and professional he even apologized to us.
