Whiskey Tango Foxtrot BBQ is a veteran owned small business that specializes in Texas style smoked BBQ. Starting out as a food truck and now moving into a brick and mortar environment, we are hoping to only get bigger and better. Our food truck was doing great, so we decided to move up to Pipe Creek and see if we could do better. Only the finest quality of meats is used to create our brisket, pulled pork, beef and pork ribs, and sausages. We have all the sides that accompany traditional BBQ establishments, but ours are all hand made in-house. No pre-packaged stuff for our guests. Our goal is to create a wonderful environment for the people of Bandera, Pipe Creek, and Lakehills to come, visit, relax, eat, and enjoy.

Accidentally discovered this fantastic Texas BBQ restaurant. It’s fairly new. The brisket plate was fantastic. I was so hungry that I gobbled it down before taking a picture. That’s why I only posted a picture of my empty platter. Great service. Reasonable prices for a barbecue joint. Indoor and outdoor seating. They are still waiting on their liquor license so unfortunately no beer to go with my barbecue today. But he said they serve free beer on weekends. They are currently working on a whiskey bar right next-door. And as soon as they get their liquor license they’ll be able to serve beer also. Plenty of parking. Just off the highway. Great destination.

Yum! We are thrilled this new bbq place is open. We had our first taste on a Friday night, right before closing, and we were so impressed. Love the vibe and decor and the bbq was on point. We tried the lean brisket, the sausage and the Dino beef rib plus a bunch of sides and we thought every single thing was delicious and cooked perfectly. Just wow. Great customer service and atmosphere. Dino rib was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Brisket was tender and well cooked. Sausage had a great flavor and density. Their sauce was excellent, and the Mexican corn fritter side was great.

First time here, but we WILL be back! The BBQ is the star of the show, but the sides are fantastic! The attention to all the details is wonderful. Best ribs ever! The brisket is flavorful and so super moist and tender. The sausage was really delicious too. We had the potato salad, coke slaw, and Mac n cheese as sides. Ok. Let’s address the Mac n cheese. It was amazing. Creamy. Flavorful. Really delicious. We will be back.

WOW! This place is fantastic. I had the brisket with corn fritter and my husband had the ribs with beans. Both meals were delicious. We will definitely be back! It’s nice to have this option so close to Lakehills. Looks like they are planning to expand and open a bar next to the restaurant. The only way to improve our meal would be to add a Shiner Bock to it 🙂

I love bbq, I always judge a place based on its brisket [the brisket is fantastic] however the turkey they do here is incredible. Everything I have had from Marcus’ establishment is wonderful. He is wonderful as well. You can tell not only by the way he talks, but by the taste of the food, that he puts his heart into his cooking. Could be my new favorite bbq joint.

Great BBQ. Great staff. D@M good beef rib. Excellent pork ribs!!!! All the BBQ Is top notch as the Turkey and Brisket so juicy and tender. Sides we had beens, potato salad, corn fritter cake, and banana pudding is as good a your grandma fixed it!! Great job GUYS!! Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from Seguin….
