Great frozen treats. There is a vast number of options available for you to choose from at Bahama Bucks. It is almost too many. Which can make it hard to select just one. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are games there to keep you entertained. Buy a few baby sizes to share with a group. It worked for our family.

Wow! My first time at a Bahama bucks and I must say it was the worst experience that ever had. Walked in at 8:30pm on Monday and it’s been over an hour to get my son a small shaved ice. There was around 30 people in the waiting room waiting for their orders. Six people just demanded refunds and have walked out. This is the one reward my son was waiting for all afternoon, and I’m so sad he he chose this place . It’s 9:50pm and still no order and the staff has yet to apologize for the wait. It’s 10pm now and I asked for my refund and the staff offered me nothing for my inconvenience or even an apology. This is so ridiculous. I’m not mad as much as I am sad for my son who fell asleep waiting for his treat. There was no adult there, no one to help these girls who were grossly understaffed. Management should be ashamed of themselves to allow the store to be run this way. You can bet I will never, ever go back. Worst experience I’ve ever had!

So disappointed they took out the watermelon that tasted like watermelon and replaced with strong candied flavor. Tart and strong. No longer refreshing and sweet. Was my favorite treat. Off to find a new frozen treat place.

Had to wait for my order to be taken even though there was no other customers inside. They have a lot of drive-through orders, but they should staff it so they can do both. I also had to go up 2 different times for more flavor as we had a few different plain sno patches- also had to wait for them to acknowledge I needed help. The flavors are good, and they are friendly but need to manage employees better

I always love coming here! The staff is so friendly and they are always quick. I recently purchased one of the party packs that serves 10 for my sons baseball team. It was sitting in the heat for about 45 minutes and i thought for sure it would be melted but it was still extremely frozen! The kids loved it

Pretty disappointed I didn’t get a chance to try. First time here and after about a 45 minute wait I cancelled my order. The drive thru was obviously getting priority and folks inside were barely served. I feel bad because employees were clearly overwhelmed and had to deal with irate customers with long waits. Based on other reviews, it definitely seems something’s missing and sadly doesn’t appear they’re doing much to address. Might try again and see if they improve.

I’m rating this based on the wait time. I have never sat in a drive thru over an hour. It was awful! Once you’re in the line, you can’t get out either, of course. I mean, 5 or six cars ahead of us took over an hour! When we got to the window, I expected to see 1 employee super overwhelmed or something, but there were 6 employees in there. I asked if they were always like this, and she said, “Oh yes!” I can’t help but wonder if new management would help them be more efficient because I dont know why in the world scooping ice into a cup would take this long. I would give zero stars for this, but the drinks were good.
