The food is not as good as it has been in the past and the prices are quite high for basically self serve. Hubby’s sandwich was soggy and poorly made. My onion soup was all bread and they were out of our two favorite cookies. At lunch. They no longer have any flavored creamer and my medium roast coffee was just warm, not hot.

Food and service is good. Tried soup in a bread bowl. We finished soup in 5 mins but can’t finish the bowl it’s too hard.. their flat bread is good. Got free drinks for a month which is great.

Worst customer service. The MANAGER was rude and got loud with a customer immediately instead of politely discussing the issue. Worst manager I’ve ever seen. He was disrespectful to his young trainee and told the customers if they didn’t like it they don’t need to come back. The entire time I’m sure other diners had their meals disrupted with the incident since the MANAGER went to raise his voice when the customer was wondering where the rest of their food was. They charged 44.00 for a sandwich and half sandwich and cup of soup. Ridiculous prices for average food and RUDE HORRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. I’ll never go Panera again, especially the one on Alpine St in Grand Rapids, Michigan. NEVER.
