Don’t let their website pictures fool you. You’re definitely not getting what you see. Spent $60 on pure bs. Poor to-go containers. Food is sitting in liquid, spilling out the foam carry out tray. The fried rice should be free. It’s barely fried and definitely not seasoned. This was my first and last time ordering food from this establishment. Just disappointing!

Been having a craving for Hibach for weeks. Tried another place before here and was a little disappointed. This place made up for it. Great food, fun people prices are about what you would expect. Took the whole the second time in a week. Everyone had a great things to say about. The kids tried some new things so we opened up there taste buds to something different. I always get the same thing but everyone else is always trying something new. So far all the food has been above expectations. We WILL be going back soon.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years while working the fishing Expo in town and I’ve never had a serious problem until tonight. Our server completely neglected my order while he took care of the nine other people in my party. I ordered the Bluefin Tuna platter and after bringing out everyone else’s meal, the non English speaking waiter informed me that they were out of tuna. I then ordered a replacement sashimi dinner which still was not ready after all nine others in my party had finished their meal. I literally went up to the sushi counter and told them to forget fixing my meal and that I’d pick up something to eat on my way home. The waiter brought my bill for the full amount of our order plus added an 18% gratuity!!!! The NERVE! The Gall! The absolute total disregard for service but the greed of adding his full gratuity! I’ll never eat here again and neither will anyone that was with me! This place has gone downhill sooooo badly in the past few years. Horrible service and mediocre food has guaranteed our non return.

Great food and exciting entertainment from the hibachi chefs! My kiddos love this place and choose it when we ask them where they want to go eat. We also appreciate that they cook our food separately since we do not eat shellfish.

The phone does not work at this location, Which I needed to make a calling order, as I am driving. I could order until I stopped. Once I placed the order online and you got to the restaurant, There was an unaware associate after the counter. There was an associate-unaware of any customer service and informed that I would have to pay again and wait an additional 20 minutes because they rejected the order instead of accepting it online. I was made to feel like it was my fault. 15 more minutes only because my son was hungry. Never again!

The food was bland and pitiful. I had sushi rolls (mountain roll and house special) and wife had chicken hibachi. Nothing about any of it was special. Service was ok. Atmosphere was boring. The entire experience was 1 star. 1 star is generous. The place has potential but currently is awful.

The food is great, plenty per portion for 2 people. 8.5/10 The steak is the best option for sure. 9.5/10 The honeydew taste like honeydew. 8/10. The service at 9 pm was quick, 15ish minutes for the food to arrive so 9/10 there.

Terrible, I’m very unhappy with the restaurant. My husband, three friends, and I went there, and I was the last one to get my food. Everyone else was almost finished eating, and I still hadn’t received mine (I had only ordered two sushi rolls). My husband ordered ramen, and they gave him only half a bowl; it looked like instant soup. The sushi tasted like nothing but vegetables. The waiters treated us very rudely, even though we were all polite. I don’t recommend it, and I won’t be going back.

This place is excellent. I don’t know why people keep making false statements on the workers, especially when they aren’t at work. It’s quite embarrassing. Do you need Google points or something? The food is great. The people are nice, and their service is good. I 100% recommend this place for birthday’s engagement parties ect. The cooks will make you laugh and make sure you enjoy your food!!
