I went through the drive through On New Year’s Day 1-1-2023 at 2:00am and was not open like their sign claimed they would be . No sign. Saying they are on break or closed. I went through twice and saw other vehicles trying to order as well and no one there to attend.

My family and I go to this jack in the box when we go visit family, haven’t had much complaints till now. Mine and my husbands chicken sandwiches were not fresh as they should have been. All the other food was fresh why couldn’t the chicken be too?

2 nights in a row I come here after work around 11-11:30 pm and they have the drive thru blocked off. I call and I can see two employees inside they say they are closed and after they hang up I see them laughing. No explanation as to why they are closed either? Why say you are open 247 when you have lazy employees that just dont want to do their job. it’s also the weekend you lost alot of business.

It’s seems like when I check my order at the counter, it’s correct. The one time I forgot to check and get all the way to my destination to find out it’s wrong. Once again not the cashier fault. She put the order in correctly. The person in the back seems to never read the screen. Where did it say no cheese? So angry
