We typically have pretty good service, but tonight was not great. I’m assuming that the person taking the order was new because she made several mistakes before getting it correct, but that was after the 30 minute wait it took to order when there were less than 8 cars in the lot. I presented my concern that we were waiting for quite awhile and the cashier apologized, stating that it was super busy. We only saw one person taking orders to the car. They only provided one boba straw when we ordered 2 boba drinks. So, my daughter walked up to the door to ask for a straw because no one was outside. While waiting in the cold for a bit, she saw 5 employees, standing and passing around a phone, taking turns talking. I was just a bit disappointed to hear this…especially since they were so “busy”. My peanut butter shake was less than pleasing. It seemed like they dumped several spoonfuls in my cup, but failed to blend it appropriately. I really hope that the owner retrains this team on appropriate work etiquette.

Old grease for fry’s and no sauces which were ordered. I won’t go back for a while. They were fast but when the foods bad and no sauces after you drive it home. Not cool.

We tried to stop in on our way from Land Between the Lakes… pulled up to one of the kiosks… figured out what we wanted… and waited… and waited… and waited… pressed the button a couple times… waited some more… No one acknowledged us or said hold on a minute or anything… we ended up leaving and heading elsewhere! What a horrible experience!

Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. They “close” 30 minutes before closing time, their ordering screens never work, takes 10+ minutes for them to bring just a drink out, and my sonic blast order is never made right.

Very disappointed. Promptly at opening, was told they could only serve drinks. I explained i only wanted to order mozzarella sticks with extra marinara.. At this I was told that the fryers would take fifteen minutes to heat up! I left and decided I’d try after work. I placed my order and was told there was no marinara sauce . So needless to say I left again without a purchasing anything due to this experience. My only hope is that at my next visit things will be more up to par and on a higher performance level due to this review. Personally, I believe that those in the food service industry should strive to meet customer expectations above all else.

I have to check my order every time I order here because there is always something missing or they give you the completely wrong order. And the screens never work correctly there either.

I’m sure not being able to serve anything but ice cream and bottled water wasn’t in the restaurants control, but forgetting the sauce we had asked for THREE times, giving us undercooked onion rings, and also giving us overcooked fries definitely was. It’s also to note that the store wasn’t even busy.

Came here at 7 when they opened no one was here sit and waited for 10 minutes still no answer do not make a Mobile order because you will not get it on time definitely at 7 o’clock when they open this is not the first time experiencing this

Food came out fast & it was fresh! Ive been here maybe 3 times total since i moved to KY last Aug & every time the service & servers have been fast & professional. I dont usually eat at Sonic so i definitely appreciate the wonder experience i got in a new city. Ill absolutely be back! Thanks guys
