Let’s be clear, all the locations have different franchise owners. The Saugus location has continually disappointed me more than my father. I never leave reviews. Dirty location, rude staff when you ask for extra salsa especially (Daniel R). Came home on Taco Tuesday ordered 3 Al pastor tacos 2 barley filled with meat, and one empty tortilla. Went back to address it, not a big deal just $1 for a taco on Tuesday, to have an attitude like I did something wrong. Sorry to ruin your day, all I asked was to have my tacos filled with meat, didn’t ask for a refund. I’m so disgusted by this location by how they treat you when ask for basic things like having meat in my my taco. I miss my Foster Freeze $1 hotdogs.

Was really hoping it would be good. It was mediocre at best. Salsa tasted like chemicals and the bomba burrito barely had any meat in it ….. 2 burritos and 2 street tacos cost almost $50…. That’s wild. For that price I expected better food. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? I gave 3 stars specifically because the lady at the drive through window was really nice.

It is actual food that is made to order, in a drive-thru! I would put it up there with Jimmy Dean’s as a place that has fresh food with real ingredients and a drive-thru. It did not really take that long and it was good food. If I had to complain I would say that the price was a little high for what it was, but it was good food. It is kind of easy to drive by because even if it’s a big building the shopping center is a bit obscure. There is definitely handicap accessible stuff, I’m not sure about vegetarian or vegan options because a lot of times beans can be made with meat or something. But you can definitely find something healthy. And you can definitely keep your keto diet. It has a pretty good menu. They stick to Mexican food which is nice, they are not trying to have a menu that is a jack of all trades. They also offer about 10 kinds of burritos and tacos and nachos and everything else that’s Mexican food.

This is our second time here. Line was not too bad this time, it took about 15 minutes to get our order. The lady taking our order was very patient and helpful, great customer service. Red tacos needed a bit more sauce. Overall food is good and the salsas are spicy. Double check your order sometimes they forget to give you everything.

I went here cause they have been given some great reviews. It was very disappointing. I got the Cabeza Taco Rojos and a normal Al Pastor Taco. They were average at best. Nothing real special about it. Honestly, if i were craving tacos and this was one of the inly places open, i would just go without.

For a Taco Tuesday their street tacos are pretty good with a really good deal, at a $1 each. I got all three options (chicken, beef, and al pastor) for my order.
Chicken: Seasoned well and tender.
Beef: A bit greasy but tasted good.
Al Pastor: There is a kick, but not too spicy.
This time around I took advantage of the drive-thru which I was amazed flowed fairly quickly.
Pros: Price, Speed of Service, Drive-thru
Cons: Beef was a bit greasy

I go here on Tuesdays all the time just because they’re taco Tuesday special. There’s been plenty of times where the co workers seem bothered with my order (even tho I just ask for the tacos with cheese) but today I just came from the store and the guy working the drive thru (Daniel R. ) super unprofessional and unresponsive and rude to my dad. We asked for extra green salsa, he gave us 2 more and a red salsa. We got 15 tacos, and prior to giving us 2 more green salsa, we only had 1 green salsa. They are free so I don’t understand the reason for the stingy attitude but it was just not polite

I like the birria ramen here. It’s all I’ve ever had. About 4 times now, I think. They don’t go skimpy one the meat. Squeeze in some lime and I’m all in. My friends have had the tacos and stuff they say are pretty good. I like that red salsa in those little packets, pretty damn good. Its always clean in there, never smells weird inside, and the employees are real cool and polite, always seem to be in a real good mood. I’ll be back for birria ramen, for sure.
