I’m so disappointed! Last night was my son’s birthday dinner.
I called a day before to order his pizza. I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. I also ordered 30 tenders and got one sauce each. The chicken was so dry from being over cooked. The pizza was missing cheeses in some parts ( around the edge of the pizza) cheese was all burnt looking. When I called to complain after spending a 100 dollars the employee and the manager that worked on 11-5 was so rude ! When I told her she told me she looked at the pizza and it was fine then she told me they only give one sauce and the guy that took my order on 11-4 did not tell her otherwise. When I told her I took the picture she said well call Pedro and some other lady tomorrow and talk to them. I had to serve kids terrible food and it ruined my son’s birthday party. It’s his favorite place for tenders but after last night, they lost a customer!

I had my food delivered. I gave a three dollar tip. I know it’s not a big tip, but she was going just a couple of blocks down the street. I don’t think anything more than that is warranted considering they get paid by the hour an that is there job .. My food which I ordered a one dinner plate came in all separate containers. I was just a little confused because that’s never happened before. I ordered coleslaw which seems like it’s 2 to 3 days old prior to being fresh… DON’T GET ME WRONG. MY FOOD WAS DECENT. A i’ve just been ordering it from them from a couple of different addresses whether I’m at a party looking for food or in my own home or at a friend‘s house just looking to eat they’ve never disappointed me until tonight. It’s not the food that I’m worried about. It’s the delivery driver I didn’t get he or she’s name… I don’t ever wanna sound disrespectful, But I couldn’t tell if it was a boy or a girl, They were just extremely ungrateful for the little bit of tip that I could afford to give being with $42 of my order and I only order two small subs and one dinner plate.

Every time we place an order they do not make the food correctly or they forget stuff all together. We have ordered from them countless times and 9/10 times they screw up and we have to call. We order buffalo chicken and there’s no buffalo countless times. Ask for sauce on the side, nope it’s all on the sandwich which just falla apart. Sometimes they have credited the account, but not our online account (very confusing) so the only way to use the credit was to call or to show up, couldn’t be used online, like how we place our order. This time they completely forgot and entire item, we called right away they said they would deliver item and it’s been over 30mins since that phone call, mind you they are less then a 2 minute drive. This will be the last time we support this business. I get that are busy, most places are, but their attention to detail is horrible and hasn’t not seemed to improve over the years.

Honestly unless you want your food to be cold and NOT what you ordered don’t get food from here. I live 2 minutes from this place and my food that was delivered was cold and not even the food that I ordered. The mashed potatoes were clumpy and had zero favor to them as well as the corn. Honestly I’m so disappointed. the $50 I spent at this place for dinner was a waste. I ended up throwing away the trash food and getting dinner from a different place. Don’t waste your money at this place.

I hate to even have to leave a poor review, however, I tried calling the restaurant and was placed on hold for 10 minutes the first time and when I called back another 4 minutes (tgis guy has done this before too). I sent an email hoping to resolve the issue before leaving this review, but still have not heard back from anyone. Which is extremely disappointing considering I order once or twice a week. I would say that typically I love your food, but this order took an hour and a half to Be delivered, and when it finally did get here, the pizza was cold and hard (i had to microwave to eat it) and the egg rolls were In a bath of grease. I understand that things won’t always be perfect, but my overall experience this time was just very disappointing from start to finish.

I will NEVER order from Village pizza again! Told them I had a tomato allergy and my pizza has tomatoes ALL over it! I called to explain the situation and the lady was extremely rude! I demanded a refund and they refused. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, especially when THEY messed up. At least have the decency to apologize and admit the wrongdoing. Now, I’m breaking out in hives! Beyond infuriated!

Ordered twice because my pizza got messed up and twice the same driver came with the exact issue even though I was told I wouldn’t get the same driver. Two hours of my time I won’t get back. Won’t be ordering again.

Ive luckily have had mostly good experience with the food and staff, bit there have been times when I have ordered food for delivery and pick up and I have gotten my food cold. Its 9 times outta 10 the pasta but still who wants cold pasta and chicken.
