We visited Frisbie’s for the first time to take their ice cream class! My husband and I had such a fun time making our own flavors. The owner was our instructor, and he was great at explaining the process and making it an easy experience. We came home with Biscoff coconut almond and peanut butter brownie flavors that we love! We’ll be working through our gallons for a while! Loved that the class includes a build your own sundae too since you have to leave your ice cream overnight to freeze. Quality ice cream and amazing people! We’ll be back!

Loving the authentically local vibes all around, also their scoops of vanilla and rum raisin were fairly decent.
I’m seeking and reviewing the best local businesses in every geography, for Localverse (from Bethlehem, PA). Now adding Frisbie’s Dairy Barn to the list!

First time here and loved it. Wide variety of flavors. Staff were very friendly. Well maintained facility. I
had the blue vanilla which was good and so was the strawberry ice cream- this also had chunks of strawberry which i liked.
Good thing was that not too sweet.

Brought my husband for the ice cream making class and it was so fun! Peter was fantastic at explaining the business to us while keeping it very fun. One thing I learned during the class was the ingredients they use are super premium (very high end) and they support lots of CT local businesses. They also are very specific with keeping things clean especially in regards to food allergies. Definitely a place to check out!

I first and this ice cream at their booth at Parkville. It was good but they would run out, etc. I finally made it to the actual Dairy Barn, and tried my classic favorite strawberry, as well as coconut almond. I had previously tried their cookie monster. Extremely rich ice cream, almost negatively so, but it is quality and good. And the strawberry is an excellent strawberry. The spoons are solid, the colored plastic ones. Price was $7 for 2 scoops, which is pricey but nowadays.. is it ?
Came back a second time and had new flavors among those orange pineapple – absolutely killer. This place is great. Also very oddly the best cookies and cream ice ever had. Texture , spoons

The only reason I stopped tonight to get an ice cream is because your parking lot was empty. Your prices have doubled and your ice cream. Isn’t that great? You can go to pralines down in Plainville, for half the price man. It’s made in Wallingford, and it’s way better. You guys got to lower your prices if you want to compete. It’s ridiculous, and I live right down the street.

What a great place for ice cream! My girlfriend wanted ice cream and this place came to mind! Great, friendly staff and the ice cream was delicious. The telltale sign that this place is good is that there was a line out the door! Definitely worth the wait. Great place to bring your date!
