Best KFC ever in birmingham. Food was way too better than other KFC. Crew are friendly, sweet and nice. Biscuit is way good then other fast food chain biscuit. And shout out to their manager! She did an amazing job with this store loc.

I just came to get a famous bowl from the Homewood location. The bowl was not even full of mashed potatoes just a whole bunch of gravy. The cheese on top was only half way melted & there were only 5 tenders when normally I get 7-8 at the Pelham location. & I was charged the same price for a famous bowl as for a combo with the bowl. Customer service was horrible such a waste of my $7 I should’ve went to Costa’s up the street.

Shout out to the crew working tonight. Restaurant was cleaned, food hot and fresh. Best thing was the staff. Ordered my meal, and instead of leaving we ate in. Chris came out and made sure I had plates, napkins, everything. He did not wait for us to come back and ask for stuff. Awesome staff will be back!!

Young black guy with short dreadlocs was serving the drive-thru tonight. I ordered the number 14. He gave me my drink at the drive-thru window but he told me to pull down for the rest of my order. I couldn’t see why he asked me to do that bcuz no cars were in the drive-thru. I asked him why couldn’t I just wait at the window. He said bcuz he’ll be in the red and could get in trouble with corporate. So I had to pull down so he could be green. Whatever that means. Welp he brought my food out with a big hole in the bag. Not sure I want any of the food either.

First and last time to visit this place. I spent almost $15 and had to throw most of it away. Chicken wasn’t good, biscuit was cold, and potatoes were crammed into a tiny plastic container. Covid regulations not followed. Girl at window pulled down her mask to talk to me. Everything was touched! I was not impressed! My grandson just wanted the bucket and it cardboard! We won’t be back!

Location used to be okay but tonight’s pick up order changed that. Young black male at the window gave us sandwich roll bread instead of biscuits. Also gave us DAY OLD CHICKEN. The skin was rock hard and the chicken inside was stale and dry. This location is unacceptable. Will escalate to corporate.

Listen, I was never into fried chicken like that, but after having some KFC. I’m into it like that. I exclusively come to this location around once every 2 months because they have kind and polite service, hospitality, fast service, and a nice clean store. Y’all are pretty good. Also, huge serving sizes! 🙂
